Checked in, 2/3 Checked out, 2/8 Water Park & Amenities: The water park was enjoyable, especially for kids, with a decent selection of slides and activities. However, the mini golf area was in poor condition and clearly lacked maintenance, which was disappointing. Room (Building A – Superior A): The room itself felt outdated and in need of some upgrades. One of the twin beds was squeaky but still comfortable enough for sleeping. For the price of a "Superior" room, I expected at least a few complimentary drinks in the fridge—none were provided. Additionally, the lack of a microwave made things less convenient. Dining – Skylight Restaurant Buffet Underwhelming and overpriced. $88 for two adults and two kids felt excessive, especially considering the food was just average. While there were decent options for a buffet, the overall quality did not justify the cost. Hotel & Service: Staff Friendliness: 7/10 Room Service: 7/10 Front Desk Staff: 5/10 The hotel is extremely strict about check-in and check-out times—no early check-in allowed, not even a few minutes before 3:00 PM. Final Verdict: While there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t return and would rather pay extra for a better hotel or resort.

In the beginning, we weren’t quite satisfied with the room’s far location, jungle view, and overall quality especially that we had our baby with us. However, after sharing this with the hotel team through a survey, we promptly received a call from the front desk supervisor Mal. She quickly turned the experience around in the best way possible through transferring us to a better room and arranging late check out for us, amongst other things. Kudos to her and her team for constantly checking in on us to ensure we were doing well afterwards. My family and I left extremely satisfied!

The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good.||Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool.||Why PIC is so popular among tourists, is that it caters to the needs to the guests and merrymaker in mind, thinking beforehand what the guests need.||On the last trip to Guam, I booked a hotel that’s cheaper but did not face the sea like PIC. We took a short walk across the road to the ocean to snorkel with our own snorkels and I laid out a picnic mat and one person had to guard the bags with our phones and we used the public facilities.||This time It was absolutely liberating at PIC this time everything is taken care of. We strolled from our hotel room to the beach after a heavy satisfying breakfast at Skylight and used the hotel’s deck chairs on the beach. We have the option of leaving our phones in the room and strolling to the beach from our room. There are also lockers available at the pool area. We ordered food at Sihecky’s shack while chilling at the pool all day. We can borrow life jackets, snorkel, water shoes, they even loan out sandcastle play kits to guests! That’s how thoughtful they are. You can literally just go on your vacation with only your swimsuit.||Staff are kind and friendly, and the lifeguards are very alert and vigilant!

My experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing from the very start. As I approached the entrance of my room, I was greeted by a lizard, which set an unsettling tone for my stay. Upon opening the door to my room, I was immediately hit by a musty odor that clearly indicated neglect, oh and a roach!! The room smelled moldy and was very dusty, and I soon found myself sneezing and dealing with a runny nose throughout my stay. It was evident that the air quality was poor; as soon as I left the room, my symptoms improved significantly. To make matters worse, my room was situated at the far end of a dingy annex. The dim lighting and overall disrepair made me feel quite unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler. I was uncomfortable navigating the dark hallways, which felt unwelcoming and added to my anxiety during my stay. Even after raising my concerns with the staff, I felt little reassurance about my comfort. Although I complained about the room, the cleaning staff only attended to my issues near the end of the day. Mold is not something that can be adequately addressed with me present, and I ultimately decided against having them clean it while I was there, especially since I was checking out the next day. It's disheartening that a hotel would allow such conditions to persist, especially given the price I paid, as it not only impacts the guests' health but also their peace of mind. While I must commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and willingness to assist, their efforts were simply not enough to salvage my experience. The warmth of the staff can only go so far when the basic standards of cleanliness and safety are not met. I was truly looking forward to a pleasant stay, but instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Given the condition of the accommodations, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone come here for the waterpark and it does not disappoint. Very crowded and the lifeguards have a lot of rules which results in a lot of whistles being blown. Overall rooms were bland and underwhelming. Location is great. private beach is perfect. The beach bbq place only has one dish but it is very tasty.

We stayed here for the water park, which of course the kids love, but everything else about the hotel is a disappointment. If I was smarter, we would have stayed at one of the nicer and more central Tumon hotels and just gotten a day pass here. - I usually don't mind hotel mattresses, and I actually prefer a firmer mattress at home-- I hate sinking. These, though, feel like sleeping on a stack of cardboard, with no give at all. It would almost be more comfortable to sleep on the floor, and I probably would have woken up less sore. - I accidentally left my keycard in the room, so I went to the front desk. They wanted a $25 charge for the "service" of making a replacement. I could understand those charges in the days of physical keys, but not plastic cards. I said no thanks, and they offered to send Security up to let me in. After a 20 minute wait no Security ever appeared but my wife was able to come up and let me in. - If there was an architect involved (dubious), it appears to have been his or her first hotel project. The closest entrance to the parking garage is on level 4 of Oceania Tower A, but the walkway between Tower A, Tower B, and the main hotel only connects on level 5. Getting anywhere winds through unnecessarily serpentine passages and superfluous steps; I'm pretty sure this jumble of buildings wouldn't meet either fire code or ADA requirements in any part of the U.S. other than Guam. - All of the restaurants are meh and close by 9 pm. Again, the pool and lazy river facilities are great and worth a day visit, but the rest us not exactly the kind of place you'd want to spend a relaxing vacation.

I recently stayed at the Royal Club Premium room at PIC Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was elegant and much more refined compared to the basic stay plan in the older building. It was well-maintained, clean, and provided a luxurious feel. A couple things to note for future guests: Royal Club Premium guests have access to a separate front desk, which I wasn't initially aware of. I waited in line at the regular front desk. Another thing is that furnitures in balcony are set by the rale/wall, I could imagine toddlers easily climbing on it while adluts are excited seeing indoor. The exclusive lounge access was a highlight, offering a nice happy hour and a delicious breakfast spread. The venue was fantastic. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the staff were attentive. The facilities were spotless, and the waterpark was a big hit, catering to both kids and adults alike. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Disappointing Experience at PIC Guam I recently stayed at PIC Guam and had a deeply unpleasant experience due to poor hygiene standards in the hotel. I encountered cockroaches in my room, which forced me to request a room change. Despite the significant inconvenience, the hotel failed to address my concerns adequately. I emailed the hotel two times and talked to the staff four times, requesting proper action or compensation, but I never received a satisfactory response or even a sincere apology. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential guests and prompts the management to improve their hygiene and responsiveness to complaints. Until then, I would strongly advise against staying at PIC Guam.

Yelp
Skylight buffet is the worst buffet I've ever experienced, food quality is poorly managed. I don't know how anyone can eat there and pay $45. I don't recommend anyone to try that buffet at all!!

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! I paid $143 for one night and we had an early check-in at 10am. They put us in Oceana B tower which is the FURTHEST one from the front desk. We are local, we sweat from walking far lol. The hallways have no a/c on the way to the room so I was REALLY looking forward to getting there. Once we stepped into our room, I noticed that the bathroom had a wet rag smell and the room was only slightly cooler than the hallways. I thought nothing of it (thinking they had just turned the a/c on). We changed and went down to the waterpark. I have a 10 month old daughter and she was just about ready for her nap. My husband and I walked back up to our room and I noticed it hadn't gotten any cooler. I called the front desk and they said they'd send someone up to fix the issue. 10 minutes go by and no one shows up. Keep in mind, it took us less than 5 minutes to get to our room (carrying all our belongings). I called the front desk once again to check on the status. They said again "We will send someone to check on it." So I waited another 10 minutes and NO ONE showed up. I called again with a little bit of an attitude and they said "The engineer is on his way there now." Okay? So the first two times I called and you said you would send someone, there was no one actually coming? How delightful. Anyways, we let the guy in the room and he adjusted the thermostat and moved the vents so that it was facing the beds. He told us to wait about 10-15 mins and it should get colder. So we waited and nothing changed. I thought it needed more time so I decided to go back down to the waterpark to kill time. When we got back to our room, NOTHING CHANGED. I was getting a little irritated at this point. We had just come from the waterpark and it was a hot day. I called the front desk and told them that I had called 3 times earlier that day to voice my concerns and the engineer came up but nothing changed. As expected, they said they'd send someone up AGAIN. We waited and waited. I called about 3 more times and it went on like this for 2 hours. I was fed up. No one was doing ANYTHING about it. I paid for a standard room. The LEAST they could do was fix the a/c. I called again this time with all the built up anger from the lack of attention they were paying us. I demanded another room. They finally sent another 2 engineers to come and check us. By this time, it was already 8pm. They called and asked if I would like to be moved up 3 floors and I was like, Oh hell no. I have a baby and we have a shit ton of stuff in our room. There's no way we're hauling our asses and belongings up 3 frickin floors. They said they could give us a room on the same floor but they would need to clean it first. I said that was fine and I was willing to wait another hour and a half. The housekeeper was sweet but she did take her sweet time in there. She was literally watching Bluey Don't get me wrong, I love that show too but my daughter was sweating, tired, cranky, and in desperate need of the a/c that we went ALL DAY without. After a grueling 2 and a half hours, she was finally done. It was already past 10pm. I saw her walk down the hallway and go downstairs. I called the front desk for the status and she said she'd call me back with an update. 5 minutes later, she called and told me it's ready and someone will be up to help us. A man came up with a cart and helped us to our new room. It was so much better. I thought the wait was totally worth it. My husband and I decided to move the bed up against the wall so my daughter wouldn't fall into the gap (she rolls a lot in her sleep). When I scooted the bed, the immediately felt sand or dirt under my feet. The floor under the beds were not even cleaned! At that point, I was so fed up with the whole day I didn't even bother calling the front desk. I moved around all the furniture to make it a point for the housekeepers to clean UNDERNEATH THINGS. The next day we had to check out at 2pm so I purposely took my sweet time once our checkout time came. I ended up checking out almost an hour after 2 but they didn't say anything to me. I guess they took into consideration the fact that we didn't get an actual good room until after 10pm the night before. ‍ Stay anywhere else. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

Yelp
This company advertises for positions as entry level state that you don't have to have anything for said position yet what they really want is someone under the age of 21 to me that's very perverted. I don't know what it is about this new age with these companies wanting to only hire people who are underage but that's discrimination. I was even asked the question multiple times and my interview on how old I was and if I would be okay taking orders from someone younger than me which I would have no problem with. The second company thought that I was going to be bringing along my significant other they shunned me. I know this because I sent a second separate email to test this theory and they immediately answered me in the second email I would avoid this company and I would avoid of letting your children work for this company if they're under the age of 21

Yelp
So this review is a two part review since I was able to visit this place twice in about a year's time. I decided that since the last review for this resort and waterpark seemed to be pre-pandemic, I felt it deserved an honest review. My first visit here was in August of 2021. During that time, there was special that was offered (please note the date and I'm sure they're not running this promo anymore) so I booked one night in one of their suites and with that came six waterpark tickets. It ended up being just a bit more than the cost of buying six tickets so I chose to book a room. We were given a room and one of the top floors and the view from our room was great! The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was perfect. Our room had a full size bathtub and shower, a full size closet, a living room and another bathroom. The only downside to the room were the beds...double beds and not as comfortable as I prefer. We went during the weekday and since it was at a time when we still did not have visitors on the island, the waterpark was nearly empty. Tbh, this made it perfect for us. We had space, any pick of any pools and could lounge almost wherever we wanted. It was great! We spent several hours at the pool the day we checked in as well as the next day before we checked out. It was great! The next time we went was in May of 2022 and we only used the waterpark. There were a few more guests during this time, but it was still pretty empty and just like the previous visit, we could really situate ourselves wherever we wanted and we enjoyed the waterpark for several hours that day it was such a great time! Would I go back?!? Absolutely!! I know there are other pools people can choose from on island, and in my opinion, I think you can try them all. They all offer a little something different, and there is no perfect pool/waterpark. This is a great place for the family if you're looking for a fun day out!

Yelp
I usually don't write reviews but while this place has it's perks it's outweighed by it's flaws. The rooms are mediocre w/ poor wi-fi and with the prices they put out, it's hard to see how it's managing. The water park is decent enough to have a gathering as well with some amazing views from the beaches..but inevitably, the workers are usually getting into intimate relationships and tend to show no professionalism and with the amount of rumors about the new manager's "leaks" it doesn't help with the atmosphere forkids around.

Sean W.

Yelp
This Place sucks! The lobby and surrounding area is full of people and is annoyingly crowded due to their 3 pm check-in policy. The Kids are running and playing, babies crying and people lounging like its their bedroom. PIC as a brand sucks as Saipan services are similar.

Yelp
It is not a very clean hotel. We constantly found bugs in our room and in our bathroom. There was also mold growing in the caulk in the sink. The floors needed a desperate scrubbing, and I know this because you could scrape a layer of gunk off the floors. Sure, room service came and changed our sheets but some of them had stains on them. They also didn't sweep up sand which prompted us to go buy our own broom & dustpan. A few things to do at this resort are: Windsurfing Kayaking Swimming Tennis Basketball Ping pong Swim-in aquarium Although this resort does have a lot to offer, it would be smart to get a rental car and explore Guam yourself. This way you are not overcrowded by tourists. Did I mention the resort is swarmed with tourists? Also, the food. It costs 20+ to sit down and eat at most of the restaurants. They have mediocre Asian cuisine. Most of this is also overrun with tourists. However, that's just a given. This is a tourist trap. People love bringing their children here..which brings me to another point. We stayed at this resort for about 3 weeks and during this time we had a few different families that stayed down the hall from us in seperate rooms. They would prop their doors open and let their children run up and down the hallway playing and screaming well past 10PM. When we called the front desk to ask if they would quiet down they said that they sent someone up there and didn't see or hear anyone. So finally it got to the point where we went and asked the kindly to quiet down. Although I have a lot more I could add to this review, I will just mention that the ramen noodle restaurant at the front of the hotel Hokkaido is delicious and the wait staff is very polite. It is about $15.00 for a bowl of ramen. Most of the life guards & security guards at the resort are also very friendly and resourceful. To complete my review, if you don't have kids and you're looking for a nice quiet getaway to relax and enjoy good food, do NOT come here.

Yelp
This hotel is ridiculously hot and humid inside the halls and elevators. Since you have to walk .25 miles from some room locations to the lower lobby, you will be drenched in sweat before you leave the hotel. If your key doesn't work... good luck! Walk another .25 miles in the sauna-like hallways and elevators. And then when you get to the front desk, be prepared to wait and sweat in the sauna-like lobby another 25-40 minutes. BOTTOM LINE: The only reasonably cool area in the entire facility is your room. The beds are like sleeping on the floor... it feels like you're sleeping on box springs without the mattress. The WiFi is intermittent. You may need to take 3 different elevators (3-5 minutes apart from each other) just to get to your room. I left this hotel early... I could not take it anymore.

Yelp
Everything about this resort is great. 1 star down from perfect simply because the buffet at the dinner show was not great. Very average. Not many choices. Aside from that.... We stayed in the "new" tower with updated rooms. It's a beautiful view from the balcony and big rooms for our family. The beds were comfy. There are several pools on the property so there is somewhere to go for everyone in the family. We have a 2 year old and the splash pad was amazing for her to run around in. They have kayaking, beach access, and a swim through aquarium . From the top it doesn't look like much. More like a little pond. But once you get in with your snorkle gear and start swimming, you'll see that it's actually a fun path with a nice variety of fish to see. It's was about a 5-10 min swim but still enjoyable. Next to it, they had a baby aquarium where younger children can splash around with the fish or sit in an innertube with a see through bottom to see them as well.... Dinner show was great . Reppin several islands in the Pacific and very exciting. Great view from all seats. Delicious drinks. Friendly service.

Yelp
DONT STAY HERE! We stayed in the older tower and it needs major renovation. It smelled and looked old. Our room had mold on the ceiling, curtain liner, and bathroom. The shower head was moldy, old, and crusty as hell! Nothing like taking a shower to only feel like wanting to take 10 more leaving the bathroom. The maid/housekeeper was great, but the rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean (read trip adviser comments as most have complained about mold!) We couldn't even watch the Tv because there was green vertical lines on the tv that you could barely see anything. We complained about it and nothing was ever done. Our first night we had a lamp shade missing. Don't get me wrong, the view from the room was fantastic and the waterpark/beach is awesome, especially if you have kids, other than that, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Also, the restaurants at the hotel are overpriced, which is to be expected, however the food is mediocre. The buffet is crowded and the food is just ok. Some items look like it was cooked the night before and re heated. We also tried the Ramen place (Hokkaido) and the little shack by the pool: save yourself some time and money and walk across the street and get something else to eat. If you decide to stay here, try and stay at the newer tower as I've heard the rooms are nicer and more updated or better yet just stay somewhere else!

Yelp
Family went to the dinner show PIC! Food was so HORRIBLE! Tasted Old like last weeks leftovers! Bread cold and hard as a rock! With the price paid you'll figure at least a free drinks! At least Tea!! Nothing!! Coke tasted like mildew hose from the bar dispensing the sodas seem not even changed or washed since last year! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Pancit served mushy tasted awful that I'm sure my dogs wouldn't even eat! I forgot to mention!! Cockroach at the salad bar walking around making sure everyone makes notice .

Yelp
LOCALS GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This resort caters to tourists. Everywhere we went we were asked for our room key and noticed that the Asians walking right by us weren't even stopped. Shame on you! Food at the Skylight was blahhh. The hard working waitstaff somewhat made up for it. They charge an extra $100 if you check out after 12pm. You MAY NOT utilize the water park after you check out. If you are a LOCAL or your eyes are NOT slanted, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY at this resort ~ we definitely will NOT be returning!

Jayden S.

Yelp
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Over priced for the menu offerings they serve at skylight. Waterpark is huge but not as friendly and safe for old folks. Rooms are old, runned down and dirty!

Yelp
The Sky light buffet was definitely not worth the money. Never going back there again. I don't even know what kind of meat was in the menu.

Yelp
I had best time of my life staying at the PIC for a week for a volleyball tournament. Simple rooms that look kind of old, but they give you that island style feel to it. Ate breakfast every morning in my bikini on the balcony. The Club staff/lifeguards are so friendly and SO MUCH FUN! Made a lot of friends that week. Two of the club guys took me and my friend out into the ocean on an outrigger as the sun was getting ready to go down. It was soooo beautiful, a kind of memory I'll never forget. They also played a lot of sand volleyball with us. Love love loved the water slides and the fun floating games. My girls especially loved the floating ladder and the tug-o-war. It's just as fun at night time too! Hammocks, white sand, clear water, and good company. What more do you need?

Jack K.

Yelp
Here in quarantine time.. staff are friendly and excellent .. hotel itself is clean and upscale. Great pools and an amazing view. Shower has a really odd design that sprays water all over the floor and the balcony is ruined due to a very loud grinding air conditioning system from the neighboring pacific star.. (70db plus). If it wasn't for the noise it would be 4 stars.

Yelp
We went to the dinner show and I can say that it is not worth it. The service is horrible, the food was not amazing, the culture depiction are not true to its actual culture. I am Samoan and I can say that I was embarrassed that my culture is being portrayed wrong. You guys should be embarrassed to put that out to tourist of how cultures are.

Yelp
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Was upgraded to a superior room despite ours already being pretty nice. I highly recommend Pacific Island Club Guam for those with children as their water park is second to none on the island. Hope to return in the near future. Thanks PIC for making this a memorable experience.

Yelp
Wow. As a vendor who has not DJed here in a few years I was supposed to experience friendliness from the security guards, the valets, two managers, and wait staff. I hope it's not a fluke but it feels genuine and professional. I appreciate it very much.

Vanessa F.

Yelp
I just called the hotel to book a room for 5 days and the service was so horrible. I requested an ocean view room and she said that because I am a local they cannot guarantee me a room with an ocean view. I could not believe what what I was hearing! I am a paying customer just like any other person. Shame on you PIC for discriminating against the local patrons. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cliff S.

Yelp
Ate at Hanagi touted as a Japanese restaurant. It was mostly Korean food. Sushi was horrible. Then we took a walk around the beautifully landscaped grounds. We were accosted by multiple security guards, asked for room keys and ordered to leave the premises. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any hotel staff around the world. I will never spend money at PIC properties again.

Yelp
My family and I stayed at the PIC 3 years ago when we were visiting my brother, here in Guam. We had a wonderful time. It was magical for the kids, who were 4 and 6 at the time. They loved playing mini-golf. They loved the little canoes, and my 6 year old loved the archery. They also were treated to little games by the "club members" and won shell necklaces that my youngest sill owns. One disappointment was that the pool with the waterslides was closed for repairs, but my kids were so small, that they had plenty of fun in the kiddie pool. There were lots of big foam/plastic animals to climb on and plenty of kids to play with. My favorite thing about the PIC is that there are lifeguards stationed all over the place, and they are very serious about their work. I was able to relax and enjoy myself more, knowing that they were looking out for the kids. Another fun memory was watching the fire-dancers from the balcony of our room. I'm a seasoned enough traveler to know not to bother paying for a seat at a buffet and fire-show - especially with children. But as a view, from the balcony, every night - it was lovely. This time we're here, we're staying with friends but we got day passes for the water park. The kids remembered the PIC and wanted to visit again! Again, we had a wonderful time. The slides were open this time and the lifeguards were as plentiful and watchful, as I remembered. Now, with 7 and 9yr old kids, I was able to sit and play cards and relax, while the kids had the time of their lives with their cousins. I highly recommend the PIC for either a hotel stay, or just to visit the waterpark if you have children... now, if there are no kids that's another story. There are probably better choices here on this gorgeous island.

Samantha C.

Yelp
Pro- The PIC is a gorgeous hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous the entire time. The show offered a lot of audience participation. Con- When we made the reservation, we were not told the stage was under construction and would be dining in a temporary tent. Stage was poorly made and the seating was crowded. Buffet was swarmed with flies and little was done to cover food prior to serving it. The dancers performance was not great, and the costumes were sloppy. Also, some pretty serious food poisoning. Personal Note- The Pacific Island Club is geared towards a primarily Asian audience. As Americans from the States, we felt very out of place.

Yelp
I love this hotel because of the waterpark. I remember when I was really young, my parents used to take me here all the time and we would stay in the hotel like tourists. I remember kayaking in the little river, playing ping pong, running across the floating mats on the water to see who can last the longest before losing balance and falling into the water, riding the water slides, laying on the hammocks, etc. I finally got to come here again this past summer, since I moved to the states about 9 years ago. Everything is still there :D The tourists, the kayaking, the slides, the pools. And as far as the hotel, they have free wifi in the lobby so I hung out there a lot. We got to stay in PIC for one night, but compared to other hotels I've been too, the room that we stayed in was nothing too special other than the view of the beach! Though this has always been one of my favorites hotels on Guam!

Yelp
I grew up visiting the Pacific Islands Club and Hotel on Guam, and saw it grow from 2 pools to a great waterpark. While the hotel itself is a little older, the tropical waterpark, beach and setting is a perfect place for families and tourists. When you're not sliding down the waterslides, playing water volleyball, or watching the island show... find an empty hammock and take a nap under the coconut trees. Aahh.... a great getaway when you're visiting the island.

Yelp
Horrible! Stay someone place else. Rooms are old and runned down. I felt like I was back in the 90s or in one of those cracked motels that you see in the movies. Also tried to eat dinner at the Rock n Roll Noodle at the hotel. Dirty!! Most of the tables were still filthy, the floors were sticky and there was trash. The only reason I gave this place any stars is because the waterpark. If you happen to get stuck at this hotel, the waterpark is where you want to be the whole day!

Yelp
I really hate how they made me more than 30 mins just to make reservations. The receptionist, Stephanie, was plain rude to me. I'm a local trying to reserve a room, but she totally ignored me when I was next in line. And called in the tourist. I know that we should prioritize them but you know I was in line first than them.
