I had went on restaurant week with a friend of mine. We made plans to be there at 7pm and were seated very quickly. The feeling was nice and the people around us seemed very nice. When the food came out it was wrong and the wait staff was very slow and didn't get the orders correct. We were told that someone just walked out in the middle of the shift and thats why they were short. I have been there in the past and I feel this is a common problem. When I called the restaurant the next day after I ate there. I spoke to a manger that only said he was sorry and didn't offer anything else. Expect that things happen that way. I was told I was rushed out before I could ask to speak to anyone. I will not be going back!

Watch your debit/credit cards here! My husband and I ate here last night and our server did not give us our card back when we signed the bill. When we realized it was missing, we called, and after being put on hold, they said that our server did have our card. When we went back to pick it up, the manager told my husband, "I don't know what to tell you right now. Somehow your card got behind the bar and we charged someone else's bar tab to your card and accidentally gave the card to them. Hopefully you live close and can come back when we find your card." My husband asked how this could possibly happen and restated that I had called and told them that we were coming to get the card. The manager then remembered that he did have our card in his pocket. He did not ask to see ID, instead just handed the card to my husband. Apparently, the bar tab was a separate incident. Mixing up 3 cards in one night?? How often does this happen? Crazy unprofessional!! Needless to say, we will not be visiting Pacifico again.

I have been at Pacifico three times before and I this time I was there solo after a movie, as I entered they asked if I wanted to sit upstairs the music so loud, I did sit up stairs. I was greeted and sat the bread came out it was a bit hard, but I ate just the same didn't feel like complaining. I had the Shrimp Bisque it was thin with no shrimp to be found, but lots of curtons! Then for dinner I had Paella, well to my surprise it took almost a half an hour to be served and it came is a cast iron skillett, it was suppose to be saffron rice, with I've had paella many times before and this was no saffron rice, tasted more like Spanish rice and to make matters worst much of it was stuck to the bottom of the skilllett, there was also suppose to be chorizo in it, but it was more like the run of mill sausage and the chicken wasover cooked! Plus you add in the $5.00 bottled beer and this was truly a bad experience. I would not return to Pacifico if they gave me a free dinner.

Their sangria is fantastic and expensive! We had a couple appetizers, the best of which was the salmon tartar. The piaya we shared was fair at best. The value for the price paid was on the low side.

The food was excellent, especially the guacamole.
