I visited this store with my daughter in November to find outfits for her 16th birthday photo shoot, and we were both really excited. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we reached the dressing room. We were informed that no one was allowed inside the dressing rooms. I asked how my daughter could know if the clothes fit or if she liked them, and the young man suggested that we purchase the items, head to the mall's bathroom to try them on, and return them if they didn't work out.
I was taken aback by this response. It seemed unreasonable to expect us to try on clothes in a small public restroom instead of utilizing the dressing rooms that were clearly meant for customers. To make matters worse, none of the sales representatives were helpful; they just stood around without offering assistance. If theft is a concern, they could easily manage it by having an employee monitor the dressing room, as many other stores do.
Overall, the customer service at this location was disappointing, and I would not recommend it.
