Paddywagon Tours - Dublin

My husband and I used Paddywagon Tours for the first time on January 25, 2026 for a tour from Dublin to Glendalough, the Wicklow Mountains, and Kilkenny. The van was easy to spot and the tour was wonderful. Because we enjoyed it so much, I booked another tour on my own to Belfast on January 28, including Titanic Belfast. Our driver Michael was upbeat, very knowledgeable about Ireland and its culture, and made the trip even better. Instead of shopping, I chose the Black Taxi Tour which was a fantastic experience. Both vans had convenient charging stations by the windows and the tours felt safe, informative, and well organized. I can’t recommend Paddywagon Tours enough and hope to tour with them again when we return to Ireland in 2027 or 2028!

Glorious weather yesterday at Blarney. Sweeping, commanding vistas from the fortress. Hopefully, might've been gifted some eloquence along the way, lol. Beautiful gardens, manicured lawns, lots of early flowering daffodils, and a wide variety of shrubbery and trees. One can only imagine how stunning they must look come spring. Kudos to the owners for an excellent job preserving the property in top form. Brian was our Paddywagon host and driver. Knowledgeable, fun and professional. He knew exactly how much time to allot to every place we went to, whether it be the beautiful Rock of Cashel, Cork, or any other highlighs along the road. Not the usual run-of-the-mill bus tour. Rather, a well curated experience fit for seasoned travellers on a tight schedule. A star.

We did the Giants Causeway tour, Michael our guide and driver for the day was excellent, probably one of the best we’ve had on many tours we have done! Although it’s a long day everything is well planned, from toilet stops to having lunch in a fantastic Pub. They even ordered the sun to come out at the Causeway!! Michael gave a fantastic insight to the history of Ireland and each place we stopped at with plenty of humour thrown in. Would definitely use Paddywagon tours again when we return.

This was the perfect tour for me! I thought all the stops were perfectly planned with just enough time to see everything I wanted to see while also having enough food options and bathroom break opportunities. Our tour guide was especially amazing! His delivery of the history, fun facts and Irish humor were spot on. Idk what they pay him but he should probably get more lol. 🔥 What’s nice about this tour is you can be really into it or be passive throughout. Would recommend! And will be booking a different tour (hopefully) soon. 😊

What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Wear comfy walking shoes, it can be slippery! Would have rather spent an extra hour at the giants causeway and no time in Beldast. That's just me, others might disagree. What a great day.

Although the weather wasn't great we really enjoyed this tour. The driver Tommy was full of information going through Dublin and going up into the Wicklow hills. Luckily the rain stopped when we are at Glendalough and we had a pleasant walk up to the upper Lough and then exploded the monastic site when we came back towards the carpark. Would highly recommend.

Today was my first tour with Paddywagon and it was an incredible experience. The tour guide was an absolutely outstanding tour guide. He was so friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. He really took a great experience and made it outstanding. We were a smaller group, but I think everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thank you very much and happy holidays!

Very good tour, since i had a flight in the afternoon this was the perfect combinaton to do some sightseeing. Very professional driver and guide Connor. We have seen a lot, so i recomend to anyone that would like to do some quick sightseeing👍👍 The guide told us also a lot of other history and interesting stuff about Ireland.
