First of all, I would like to apologize for my previous comment. I visited this restaurant for the first time four years ago, and back then, I was delighted: the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
This time, I decided to return to introduce the place to someone special, based on my positive memories. Before going, I called to check availability. The manager I spoke with was extremely kind and promised us a table, noting my specific request not to be seated at the bar.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were placed… at the bar. We were assured that a table would soon be available. Despite this, we ordered, but the seating was very uncomfortable: people kept passing by us, and we felt undervalued, like we didn’t matter. This was very disappointing.
When a table nearby finally became available, we asked to move, but we were told it was reserved. We finished our meal under these conditions, and considering the high prices at this restaurant, it was a truly disappointing experience.
The service, the quality of the food, and especially the feeling of being treated as less important… it was all a far cry from the experience I had years ago. After eating, we quickly left, feeling very let down.
It’s sad to see a place I once loved change so much. I hope the restaurant will work on improving these aspects to regain the high-quality service it used to be known for.
