Had breakfast here a while ago.
Just a basic breakfast. Nothing special to make it stand out for the price. Quality was fine. Presentation was good. Just missing a little bit of value for the money.

People are lovely, food is just a bit average. Not awful, still ate it but also nothing amazing. Pulled pork taco - pork was rather dry and the whole thing was bland but probably just catering to a broad palette. Chicken was nice, not super exciting and burger was good. I’ve had better from this place but it has since changed ownership. Overall not bad at all, just average.

1st time to visit the cafe and it was good. Cafe is clean (including the toilet) with great ambience. Service crew was very helpful and greeted us with a smile. Food was ok (pulled pork nachos, waffles, egg and bacon was what we had). Will try different food next time we visit Paeroa. 😁

We like the place, it's clean and they follow the rules.
The BBQ pork ribs is good, but the sauce, nope. It taste like the BBQ sauce from the counter we bought.
Service, really slow. Lot of people are waiting for their orders. And not happy at all.
Staff, friendly. We appreciate it.

It’s a real shame the owner doesn’t seem to see how busy this place gets. The staff are clearly working hard and doing their best, but they’re stretched way too thin. Just one or two more team members would make a huge difference. Doesn’t seem fair on the staff or the customers we even helped by clearing our own table because we could see the struggle

Bought wedges and chicken tenders (came with salad and fries). For $25 for a plate of wedges (with bacon, sour cream and cheese and sweet chilli sauce) we had high hopes as not many places serve wedges. Portion size small to what you would expect. Tasted good though. Same with the tenders $25 for 4 tenders and a handful of chips, salad.

Popped in on Sunday morn really lovely cafe busy for a sunday as well we just got us some coffees for the road.
Nice stop when on a long trip the food served to the the nearby table looked great beautiful presentation.
