The perfect getaway stay for Perth. Massive plus is lots of on street free parking (or undercover for just $15). Quirky Asian inspired rooms that are spacious and well appointed. All rooms feature spa baths although don’t use ours, and super comfy beds. Food excellent - had the whole grilled lobster special for dinner - sensational. All the food was amazing and they are using premium produce so well with checking out. All round a beautiful stay with wonderful service, comfy beds and great food. Will be back.

Fantastic Venue for a Small Ceremony & Reception! We recently held our small ceremony and reception at Pagoda Resort & Spa and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly organised, making our special day stress-free and enjoyable. A huge shout-out to Amy, who was an absolute superstar! She was so helpful with every detail, even assisting us with last-minute requests, which we truly appreciated. Her hard work made all the difference. The food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests – everyone loved it! The staff on the day were also wonderful and very helpful. We booked one of the hotel's packages, and it was a fantastic deal, especially when compared to other wedding venues in Perth. Everything was set up beautifully and looked very pretty, exceeding our expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, just 10 minutes from the city, and there's free parking right out front for guests, which was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a small, intimate celebration!

We had a wedding anniversary, so we decided to go to the Pagoda and have a feed to celebrate the day.|We ordered the steak. ( $60 on the steep side )|Thought it would be good from the price.|Steak knife delivered to the table but when the steak came the outer side of the steak was ok but then could not cut the steak and full of gristle in both our steaks in the middle.|Did not order desert due to the poor meal.|Explained at payment but not much care given apart from they would tell the kitchen.|We will never return to the Pagoda. Quality control needs to be better.|Previous steak was better but average at previous dinners.

WOW! Hosted a fundraising ball here last night and would recommend as a venue for any big type of event! Zubeir was the supervisor for the night and he did such an amazing job checking in with me to make sure I was happy with everything, helping all the guests, just making sure everything ran smoothly - couldn't have asked for greater service. The two other people working Ramito and Christal served behind the bar, putting out the buffet, clearing tables was just amazing! So friendly and happy to help with anything we needed!|A dream team that I hope I get to work with again!!

It's a lovely hotel in the Como area. The hotel features lovely artwork, which brightens up the floors. It really helped having 2 lifts to all of the floors. Bonuses include having a vending machine when you want some snacks and drinks on site. I could get a good hot coffee from about 7 am till around 9 at the restaurant. I ordered room service a couple of times, and meals were delivered promptly. I had breakfasts there twice. There's are a lot of varied choices from toast, cereals, fruits, pastries, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Buffet style - help yourself. Quite a lovely outlook to be near the pool. My room was okay. Working tv but couldn't stream channels. The air-conditioning was temperamental- running hot, then cold all day and night long during my stay. The spa bath was loved by my granddaughter. I was content with the shower. Hair-dryer worked. I adored the housekeeping staff. Everyone was polite and cheery. Left me fresh towels and items I needed every day. Chocolates were a sweet surprise. Free bottled water was an added bonus. Secure on site parking at the Pagoda is worth $15 in my opinion.

The only good thing is the location. Already spoke to management and while you offer a voucher for future use, I highly doubt it will be used. Never again will I stay at a hotel that's dirty, has pests, and not to mention the rudeness of staff and housekeeping that cannot clean, tipping bleach into a bath and walking out is not cleaning. The rooms were very filthy 😳 I've stayed here many years ago and it was in much nicer condition. I felt absolutely dirty after leaving and couldn't wait to get home to a clean house and bed.

Our visit was okay, room was clean. The whole hotel is very run down, and desperately needs new carpets and couches in both shared areas and rooms. For the same price, we’d be able to get a much nicer hotel room in the vicinity. Staff were friendly.

Savan (did i spell that right??) Went above and beyond. He made our dinner reservations and even spoke to the chef to get me a meal for the next day as my husband was going to surgery. Thank you so much for everything. You truly took my stress away. You are amazing. The meal was worth $25. Loved it.
