Pagoda Resort & Spa

I definitely selected the wrong place to stay. Firstly, the reception and restaurant/ bar staff are wonderful and clearly want to deliver good service. Unfortunately the hotel lets them down. The first room I was checked into had major issues in the bathroom, so much so that I had to request a room change as the smell was beyond manageable. The second room had no drainage issues, however, it was very clear that the poor housekeeping is noticed in the corridors and common areas continued into the individual rooms. Whilst untucking the bed sheets I had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing the heavily stained mattress beneath. I slept clothed and on top of the duvet! During my stay the lifts failed and with no clear signage to a stairwell I found an insecure service door and used their elevator to get back down to the lobby and report the issue. My take away from this is the lack of clear signage to an exit being 3 floors up I shudder to think what may unfold in an evacuation scenario. For the price point I’d expect much more, especially on presentation, cleanliness and hygiene. Having to pay extra for parking and breakfast just adds insult to injury. Needless to say, i won’t be staying at the Pagoda again.

Held a 70th birthday function high tea in one of the function rooms. The room was set up beautifully, food and service excellent. Thanks to all the staff. Everyone had a great time . This is the second function we have had here, would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't waste your money and time, dust, dirt, damaged doors and spa, body fluids and oil everywhere, a bed head with profanities on it, a porta-cot unsafe, filthy and not even with the original parts, honestly an only fans room minus cleaning, when we told told reception upon checking out, sending photos etc. we were told we'd be refunded and an invoice sent - still waiting months later. I travel a lot and I've never been so disappointed or disgusted before 😳

We stayed only one night as a couple in Room 206, which had a lovely view of the Swan River. The room was clean, and we would love to come back again. As we live in Merredin. However, we noticed there was no fitted sheet and blanket—only a top sheet and doona were provided.

Fantastic Venue for a Small Ceremony & Reception! We recently held our small ceremony and reception at Pagoda Resort & Spa and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly organised, making our special day stress-free and enjoyable. A huge shout-out to Amy, who was an absolute superstar! She was so helpful with every detail, even assisting us with last-minute requests, which we truly appreciated. Her hard work made all the difference. The food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests – everyone loved it! The staff on the day were also wonderful and very helpful. We booked one of the hotel's packages, and it was a fantastic deal, especially when compared to other wedding venues in Perth. Everything was set up beautifully and looked very pretty, exceeding our expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, just 10 minutes from the city, and there's free parking right out front for guests, which was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a small, intimate celebration!

The perfect getaway stay for Perth. Massive plus is lots of on street free parking (or undercover for just $15). Quirky Asian inspired rooms that are spacious and well appointed. All rooms feature spa baths although don’t use ours, and super comfy beds. Food excellent - had the whole grilled lobster special for dinner - sensational. All the food was amazing and they are using premium produce so well with checking out. All round a beautiful stay with wonderful service, comfy beds and great food. Will be back.

I have recently had my wedding there and all the staff were so amazing and helpful! Amy dealt with my crazy wedding brain better then I could have imagined and Zumby made the whole night perfect with the service from himself and the other stuff The venue was absolutely stunning and everything I could have hoped for! I’m so sad it’s over and I don’t get to work with them both again or have another event in there beautiful historic ballroom I can’t thank everyone enough for making my day absolutely amazing!

It's a lovely hotel in the Como area. The hotel features lovely artwork, which brightens up the floors. It really helped having 2 lifts to all of the floors. Bonuses include having a vending machine when you want some snacks and drinks on site. I could get a good hot coffee from about 7 am till around 9 at the restaurant. I ordered room service a couple of times, and meals were delivered promptly. I had breakfasts there twice. There's are a lot of varied choices from toast, cereals, fruits, pastries, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Buffet style - help yourself. Quite a lovely outlook to be near the pool. My room was okay. Working tv but couldn't stream channels. The air-conditioning was temperamental- running hot, then cold all day and night long during my stay. The spa bath was loved by my granddaughter. I was content with the shower. Hair-dryer worked. I adored the housekeeping staff. Everyone was polite and cheery. Left me fresh towels and items I needed every day. Chocolates were a sweet surprise. Free bottled water was an added bonus. Secure on site parking at the Pagoda is worth $15 in my opinion.
