This place was amazing. The room service food was better than most restaurants. Literally the best steak sandwhich ever. The staff were so fast with anything we needed. The pool is nice and clean and not over chlorinated. For the price we paid it was top notch and now my fav. My only tiny complaint was I had to request more toilet paper often but no big deal. 10/10 place.

WOW WOW WOW From the moment we met the wedding team at the wedding expo, we knew this was the place we wanted our wedding reception. AMY what can I say?! I honestly have no words for the absolute angel you are. You have made this whole journey stress free, fun and amazing. You are so so accomodating and willing to help in any way possible and I truly can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us. The food was delicious, the stay was amazing and we are the happiest couple. Even down to the supervisor on the wedding night checking in with me regularly to see if there was anything I needed or anything he could do. I just wish we could relive these moments. Thank you Pagoda, for everything you’ve done. Amy you are a true blessing, from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU Mr & Mrs King 🫶🏽

We had our wedding reception at pagoda resort and spa. Amy the wedding coordinator was exceptionally great in all the planning. Her communication was always clear and on time. We stayed the night and the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the spa bath in our room. We had dinner and continental breakfast at the restaurant. The food was good and well presented. Our wedding buffet included variety of options and the service from wait staff was amazing. Will definately be back and would highly recommend the resort.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of October. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, wifi works, staff all brilliant. The only thing that was really disappointing is the pool is described as heated, I don't doubt that it IS heated as it could conceivably be colder, but to call it heated is a bit of a stretch. It was 28° the first day we were there and the pool was too cold to get into. My son tried on a few other days of our stay but it remained far too cold. We chose this hotel because there was a bath tub for my daughter and a warm pool for my son. My daughter did greatly enjoy many baths though. Unfortunately only the lounge tv is a smart TV so no streaming in the bedrooms. Also lucky we brought usb adaptors as this hotel hasn't upgraded to usb power points yet. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were good. As mentioned above, my daughter loved the big baths. Both kids loved that all you had to do was let housekeeping into the room each day and 4 new kit kats would appear as if by magic! It's always fantastic to have kitchen facilities on holidays- the stove and oven could really use an update , the old solid electric stoves are pretty dangerous if you have little kids. The oven in our room did get hot but didn't do a lot of cooking. Luckily we were just heating a quiche. I can't comment on the restaurant as it was a bit fancy for my kids' taste but I really enjoyed breakfast. Especially the chia coconut pots, yum!

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are needing better cleaning. The rooms we were in had cob webs draping. The other a half eaten kit kat under the edge of the bed & the balcony door wasnt even lockable a flimsy door chain had been put on to cater for the fault. We weren't able to sit on our balcony or leave the door open due to another guest smoking on their balcony. The buffet breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels for the same price breakfast. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely disgusted in this hotel.. 🤬🤬 Come here for our 20th anniversary and go to lay in the bed and a big dirty cockroach comes crawling out... Take photos and videos of it, go down to manager and given 2 options.. Stay in the same room ,or move to a smaller one 🤬🤬 Absolutely disgusted in the customer service and the action taken on this.. Will never stay here again !! Completely ruined the night, and our anniversary

I definitely selected the wrong place to stay. Firstly, the reception and restaurant/ bar staff are wonderful and clearly want to deliver good service. Unfortunately the hotel lets them down. The first room I was checked into had major issues in the bathroom, so much so that I had to request a room change as the smell was beyond manageable. The second room had no drainage issues, however, it was very clear that the poor housekeeping is noticed in the corridors and common areas continued into the individual rooms. Whilst untucking the bed sheets I had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing the heavily stained mattress beneath. I slept clothed and on top of the duvet! During my stay the lifts failed and with no clear signage to a stairwell I found an insecure service door and used their elevator to get back down to the lobby and report the issue. My take away from this is the lack of clear signage to an exit being 3 floors up I shudder to think what may unfold in an evacuation scenario. For the price point I’d expect much more, especially on presentation, cleanliness and hygiene. Having to pay extra for parking and breakfast just adds insult to injury. Needless to say, i won’t be staying at the Pagoda again.

Attended for my mum's 80th. Reception was friendly but on calling as they state on arrival please call if you need anything we asked for milk and as the hours went by gave up only to be further disappointed when we arrived late back to our room still no milk and rubbish all over the main corridor of the second floor. From a health and safety perspective beds would be classed as both a health and high possibly of injury risk not only were the king singles slipping of an unsecured base the staining and quality of the mattress was to the extend I would not allow my elderly mother to sleep on it so she resorted to the couch. Many people in the lift were complaining of the comfort and hygiene of the mattresses. So disappointing when the food and atmospheric was wonderful but comfort is a must
