Pagoda Resort & Spa

We went to the Red Valentines event on Saturday. My husband and I were blown away with the show. The singers were great, representing their home countries. Such talent, from all ages, and music of all genre's. Hosting was so warm and professional. It was such a well put together evening. Well done to all who organised this! Hope they do more of these, not just for Valentines. The food was good and the staff were lovely.

Reception staff helpful and polite. Cheerfully ccommodated late checkout. Immaculate room with large spa bath. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Pool area very nice. Choice of secure paid parking at the resort or plenty free, convenient, untimed street parking. The street runs parallel to and right beside the freeway, however didn't experience traffic noise in the hotel. Views from front of hotel across the Swan River. Footbridge over the freely (next to resort) leads to riverside walking paths.

Red Valentine's Dinner and Dance last Saturday at the Pagoda was amazing. Excellent, international performances with a romantic setting. Our enthusiastic #Kreativs Duo continued the fun by singing some favourite tunes with the delightful addition of Lisa that kept us all dancing.

My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄! And Fridge was extremely small, smaller than a bar fridge.Everything else was amazing. Room service was value for money and tasty. Room was clean. Location great for what we needed

Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned. Spa bath was dirty and cleaned it out selves then turned it on and obviously it hadn’t had a good clean in a while bits and pieces floating in the water we just turned it off. Washing machine pipes are sticky taped together but are broken. Air con in the living room stopped working blew a fuse And then still wouldn’t work. Coach was heavily stained and pillow had black dirty marks all over it. The rooms need a deep professional clean. And to have to pay An extra $15 for parking is ridiculous. The walls aren’t sound proof hear old mate Nextdoor showering at 530 in the morning very loudly. At night the pipes bang when people obviously use the water not just one or two bangs 7-8 bangs that wake you up. The bed linen is starched way to much it is itchy and not comforting at all and bed and pillows were not comfortable either. Shower is Over the spa bath but has no curtain so water just goes all over the floor and everywhere else. This hotel is in need of a major maintenance clean up and major deep clean. Was not worth the money you pay.

I stayed at Pagoda last week..and was welcomed by lovely person on reception named Fariha. She went above and beyond her call of duty to assist us. Great attitude, lovely service and overall such a positive personality. Definitely deserves recognition.

Wow, I don’t make reviews often but I had to post this one. My girlfriend booked us a girls weekend away and it was awful. The hotel looked like it missed its last year of maintenance. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it looked like it was full of mould (the photo doesn’t do it justice). I’m not even sure they gave us a cleaned room, it still looked grubby. Zero stars, don’t do it to yourself.

Multiple issues with the property which were raised with staff but did not bother to rectify any issues properly. Pool tiles on the edges falling off and “fixed” by placing a cone over the top while kids are playing around it, lift doors closing nearly instantly while trying to get in or out, poorly caulked bathrooms with water damage in multiple spots, tv in the bedroom did not work, carpet lifting in the room resulting in my kids tripping and more. If you’re looking for a property in the area try Broadwater Resort. Much nicer and well maintained compared to Pagoda. Also, don’t bother replying to this to contact you because I already have and you guys claim there were no issues when I had picture and video evidence.
