The atmosphere was decent. Moderately quiet with outdoor seating area. We went to celebrate a birthday and they were so kind to bring in a complimentary pastry. That was definitely a sweet gesture. For service, their team is kind and friendly. The service was a bit slow due to the rush, which is understandable, but nothing too major. For food - Dimsum set - The prawn dumpling was absolutely fantastic. The flavor seeps through the dough. The chicken and vegetables were also great. Please ask for the soy and chilli dip for a good kick ! Chicken Satay - full of mild flavor and a char that went along with it Crispy Prawn - it had a nice crunch to it. Mains - We ordered the red creamy Thai curry and sticky rice. We asked for Thai spice level and they delivered !

Exceptional food and very quick service in a wonderful atmosphere. Evening started off nicely with a lovely boat ride to the restaurant when you are welcomed with a very friendly service. For starter I had the grilled prawns followed by the duck Thai red curry for main and to finish a Thai crème bruele. Food was amazing and would recommend for family’s or a date night. 10/10

It was a very good experience since reservation. They updated us for changes outdoor and managed our reservation. We tried 5 taste of Thailand menu and it was delicious and satisfying. Portions were more than enough. Pairing wines were good choices especially semi sweet wine. If you are confused with what to choose you can easily order tasting menu and wont regret

Pai Thai in Dubai was an unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. Getting to the restaurant by a romantic boat ride through the waterways of Madinat Jumeirah set the perfect tone for the evening. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor—and the service was outstanding. Jason, in particular, made our night extra special with his warm and attentive service. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which made the evening even more memorable. It was the perfect romantic date night!

Very first time and i really enjoyed every thing🤩 The ambiance is elegant, blending modern style with Thai charm. The food is also so nice. But for about the mango sticky rice , (personally) it’s really too sweet, but the taste is really good. The service is excellent, especially 📣📣shout out for Jason and Janny. All the dishes they recommend are really nice. Highly recommended for the ppl who are looking for the luxurious Thai restaurant. 📝📝 Don’t forget to make a reservation before you go guyss🫶🏻🫶🏻

Pai Thai is located in jumeirah al qasr hotel. You have to reach hotel entrance to give your vehicle to valet and then go down by lift to take a boat which will takes you to the Pai Thai restaurant. The ambience,service and food taste is amazing. Worth to try if you are a Thai food lover..
