It was a very good experience since reservation. They updated us for changes outdoor and managed our reservation. We tried 5 taste of Thailand menu and it was delicious and satisfying. Portions were more than enough. Pairing wines were good choices especially semi sweet wine. If you are confused with what to choose you can easily order tasting menu and wont regret

Great things : alot of vegan options ! I loved the tofu skewers. Mango sticky rice was so tasty. View on the river was amazing . The waiter was nice. Things for improvement : the order taking (i clearly stated no garlic on my main course but it came fully covered with garlic so i cancelled it ) - the music was not matching the beautiful location or the calming thai theme , we had to ask the waiter to put it lower after we had a headach already.

Pai Thai is one of Dubai’s true gems for Thai cuisine, offering not just a meal but an experience. Reached by a short abra ride through the canals of Madinat Jumeirah, the journey alone sets the stage for a memorable evening. The food is beautifully prepared, with authentic Thai flavors that are rich, balanced, and satisfying. Signature dishes like the green curry and wok-fried duck stand out, and the fresh ingredients shine through in every bite. The mango sticky rice is an absolute must for dessert—light, sweet, and the perfect finish. The atmosphere is charming and romantic, especially if you sit outdoors by the water. Service is warm and professional, though it can feel slightly rushed when the restaurant is at full capacity. The drinks menu is also impressive, offering thoughtful pairings to complement the food. Overall, Pai Thai combines exceptional food, a magical setting, and great service to deliver one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in Dubai. Whether for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself, it’s a place worth returning to.

Very first time and i really enjoyed every thing🤩 The ambiance is elegant, blending modern style with Thai charm. The food is also so nice. But for about the mango sticky rice , (personally) it’s really too sweet, but the taste is really good. The service is excellent, especially 📣📣shout out for Jason and Janny. All the dishes they recommend are really nice. Highly recommended for the ppl who are looking for the luxurious Thai restaurant. 📝📝 Don’t forget to make a reservation before you go guyss🫶🏻🫶🏻

The journey to Pai Thai is honestly one of the best parts of the experience. You get there via a free boat ride through the Madinat Jumeirah canals, and it’s absolutely beautiful — a peaceful, scenic way to start the evening and definitely sets the mood. As for the food, it was average overall. The starters were quite underwhelming — small portions and nothing that really stood out flavor-wise. It felt like they focused more on presentation than taste. The main courses were better, with more depth and authentic Thai flavors, but still not enough to make the meal feel truly memorable. You’d expect a bit more at this price point. The restaurant itself has charm, but the interior is starting to look a little dated — it could really use a refresh to match the premium location and pricing. All in all, worth visiting once for the boat ride and setting, but not somewhere I’d rush back to just for the food.

We had a wonderful time at Pai Thai. The boat ride was a unique and relaxing way to get there. The food was delicious. The dimsum and spring rolls were my favorites. The service was great, with the staff being friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Atmosphere at Pai Thai is great! Really unique and worth while. Great pace for an evening out. The set menu was tasty with great flavours. The wine pairing is recommended. The only downside was that the servers were rushed and inattentive to our needs.

Went for the Saturday brunch. It was great! The food is very tasty. We took the brunch package. They had outdoor live stations. The mango sticky rice was very delicious! They also had some interesting shows. The only downside was the warm weather, which was out of our hands.
