Paia Bay Coffee & Bar

Stopped by Paia Bay Coffee Bar on the way to Road to Hana. Grabbed a cold brew, cinnamon bun, and breakfast sandwich. When I tell you this is the best cinnamon roll-type pastry I’ve ever had, I’m dead serious! Usually, when I order a cinnamon roll at a bakery, it’s been sitting out and is dry. This one was the flakiest, lightest, most delicious thing. I wish I had a dozen! Coffee was amazing too and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint.

I found this gem right between a bikini shop and a souvenir place. I loved the caramel macchino iced latte coffee and Rio Acai bowl.

Just walked in for a drink, but stayed to listened to the live music. The service was great and welcoming especially with draught Guinness, which was very good. The food was also very good.

Brian is an Awesome server. Food , drinks, Atmosphere and Show was a prelude to the Birthday party we enjoyed there. Party of 12-15

Great quick eats joint. Strong service (Faith served us) and fantastic atmosphere. Newer facility. Wide range of variety on the menu. A local spin on many classics. Lots of fresh and micro greens in the dishes. We had their take on the BLT, which was delicious. Sun-dried tomato was a nice touch. The calamari was very good and served on a large bit of micro greens with peanuts and a Thai sauce. Could be eaten as a salad or the calamari could be eating individually. We did a little bit of both. It was fun. Coffee bar was really strong as well. Had a cinnamon toast crunch latte. It was not as sweet as I was hoping it would be but it was good.

Great service from Shane and delicious salmon bagel and chai. Really cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

Loved the place and ambience in the evening. Daniel took our orders - very friendly and did everything he could to make it pleasant for us. Food is great too. Would visit every time I can!

With ‘Coffee Bar’ in its name, I thought it’d be a special coffee place. It’s just a nice open-air bar that has a restaurant, TVs, bar, and a separate area with a normal coffee machine. Nothing more, nothing less.
