The customer service from the young blonde associate was terrible. The store was empty, but the associate still couldn't be bothered to help. The one pair of jeans I tried on fit quite well (I didn’t want to ask the associate for additional help due to her negative attitude), so I ended up ordering six pairs online, then returning four. This is a waste of time for customers and a waste of money for the company. Out of the half-dozen jean specialty stores I visited in Soho, this location had the worst customer service.

Rude staff. I’m a long time Paige customer, found the staff at this location very arrogant and rude. While leaving a couple of them said “happy days” sarcastically behind my back while the woman attendant chuckled. Childish behavior.

My daughter and I visited the store and had a great experience! The staff was attentive and helpful in finding the perfect pair of jeans. Thank you to Jocelyn, Bri and Keithon for taking care of us!

The customer service in this store is absolutely terrible. I visited the store on 11/30/2024 with full intention of buying a couple pairs of jeans and was not helped at all. There were 3 sales associates working this day and 1 was attending to another lady in the fitting room while the other 2 sales associates were pretending to work and not helping customers out. I’ve gone up to them multiple times to help me get sizes for various styles of jeans and was met with attitude and resistance. They had no/very limited knowledge of the products in the store. I asked them questions about the different jean styles and responded with either the incorrect information or an “I don’t know”. A customer noticed my annoyance with the lack of help I was getting from the sales associates and helped me look for the styles I was asking for. The fact that another customer was able to recognize the lack of help I received shows the poor performance of the other 2 sales associates. Needless to say, I’m never shopping at this location again if I’m met with this much battle to simply shop.

Horrible customer service. Stopped here today to buy some new jeans and felt like I was putting the girl out. She was obviously too busy scrolling or texting or whatever she was doing on her phone. Couldn't be bothered to help me find correct sizes and the rudely told me the "correct" name of whatever jeans I was holding. Management, Feb 8th around 2pm, female working the front desk. GET RID OF HER. She literally drove my wife and I away from the store even tho I REALLY wanted to buy some new jeans. Will shop the competitors online now

Incredible staff - they're so helpful and go all out in making sure you have an incredible shopping experience. Special thanks to Jean for her help and attention, she made my experience amazing and I can't wait to go back!

Amazing selection of clothes for both main genders. The jeans are stretchy, comfortable, and make you look completely "put together." Colors and fabrics are top notch, and this place offers high quality with absolutely reasonable prices. Friendly service and a hip atmosphere. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, the service at the store is excellent so if you plan on trying on 10+ jeans, this store is patient and will accommodate your goal. For this i give 5 stars. I don't think i want to rate the jeans but here's some feedback... I am no completely clear what would possess anyone to purchase $345 jeans. I tried on two but i am a bit too thick for these jeans...i'm a size 29. maybe if i were a 26, the look would be different and i might have felt myself more... I tried on the ones with a little more detail and well the back pockets did not rest properly on my rear (notice i didn't say ass because my booty is average) and the pockets were like placed for a flat rear...you know how the pockets are on the crack of the butt and upper thigh... yeah..not cool! . Also the jeans weren't long enough. i am a little leggy for 5'5" so my thighs swallowed this up! haa. There jeans appear to favor low rise not high waist-ed cut. Paige had only one jean type i was interested in trying....but i still gotta ask...for $345, what am i paying for? gippers creepers.... Citizen of Humanity and the less obnoxious cuts (slimmer, no bright white thread mark, no branding on the pockets) of Joe Jeans are a much better cut and fit for curvous bodies. I love their slim cuts that taper on he ankle and can be paired with a good heel.

I had the best customer service here out of all the stores I visited in SoHo today. The associate that helped me was Jean B. Right when I walked in the door she asked what I was looking for and helped me pick out several pairs of jeans. She was very knowledgeable about all the different styles they carried and even noticed that I was wearing Paige jeans when I walked in. The pair of jeans I chose happened to be too long and needed to be hemmed. I live out of state, but that was no problem since they can ship the altered jeans to you. The jeans are also very good quality and will last years if you take care of them properly. Great experience!

Great fit, terrible quality. I really like the fit of the jeans, but the pockets fell apart. Literally there were holes in in the pockets and the top inner seam of one of the front pockets came apart. I've never seen that happen on any other pants that I've owned. I tried to reach out to customer service, but that was a huge pain. They didn't want to pay to have the pockets repaired. Talked to the attendants at this shop and they didn't really offer to help in any way.

Based on Experience: I was in the market for a jean jacket. Tried it on at Paige and loved it! The length, the fit, the overall look was perfect! But as I was taking off the jacket after helping myself to the dressing room, I heard the sales associate tell another potential consumer about the some sort of special they had going on as soon as she walked in. Wow. Then I walked out. Thanks for nothing. Customer service goes a long way.

Went in expecting to have to help myself based on the other review but was surprised. Wanted to write this review so they wouldn't have one star because in my experience, they didnt deserve it. Super helpful staff. Attentive and very friendly. Will definitely be paying them a visit again with the student discount!!
