Massive, exhausting and incredible. Definitely worth the money (which is plenty) and it is wonderful to see animals in genuinely good conditions. I can't imagine how busy it must be in the warmer weather but in February it was great, lots of room and space and time to see the animals.

Very beautiful zoo! We saw almost all animals, but you definitely need an entire day. Even in the winter, most of the animals were outside. Will definitely come here again!

Our first time here, but definitely won't be the last time! We booked this package with hotel, dinner and breakfast included, and it's totally worth it. The zoo itself is fun already, with a diversity of animals. We stayed in the farm house. You get the chance to be surrounded by animals and feed them.

The best zoo I’ve ever been! It’s beautiful, it’s cozy, it’s big and I can’t get enough of it! We stayed at the Farmhouse lodges and man can I recommend those! Loved being on the farm in the early morning feeding the sheep, Walibi’s, goats and petting them all. The food is actually pretty nice, souvenirs are super. We loved it. Totally would recommend and I’m definitely coming back during summer!

Google
It is honestly one of the biggest and most well thought out zoo's I have been in. Everything was built with a purpose and looked beautiful. The biggest downside was that is was cold outside and there was not a lot of space where you could sit where it was warm, the seating spaces we clearly build for warmer weather. Furthermore, the food was also not easily found, as not all food places were open.

Super nice Zoo. We had our team building there and the premises we used were very well equipped and well located ( Octopus). The food in the zoo is not the best, but it's exactly what most of the zoo's offer. We also played the Mystery game, which was really fun! It's huge so definitely it's a whole day trip.

Beautiful entrance to the zoo. Staff member at admissions was very polite and was able to help our son converse in English. Plenty of parking. Wheel chairs are free to use with a €10 deposit. Gift shop is amazing with every type of stuff toy imaginable. A definite must see. Animals are the main attraction for me.

3 adults went and we can't recommend it enough Fantastic place, loved it. Very clean everywhere, the staff were friendly. The animals looked happy and content, you can see above the water and underneath. Loved the train ride which was an extra cost Car park is massive, you have to pay for that too. The place is massive so we didn't get to do the whole zoo but we will return. We came from the UK mid September

Yelp
Extremely large and nice zoo. Themes of countries throughout the park and even lodging in the park. Many restaurants, gift shops, and snack options. Their is a park, a big park for kids, many bird exhibits, and a train to take you around most the exhibits without an exhausting walk. They have wolves, bears, giraffe, elephant, panda, sea lion, lemur, bats, vultures, owls, and so much more. The crowds can be large, the venture can be tiring, and the maze of places can seem overwhelming. I suggest going with a plan to see a few mapped out things and returning a few times until complete. This way you can really enjoy each exhibit without fatigue or hanger. Enjoy.

Yelp
I've had my fair share of attractions in the US, including many zoos, and I loved Pairi Daiza. We went in the afternoon, which didn't give us much time to fully explore the entire place (especially with 4 kids in tow), so I will definitely return in the future. Way better deal to get the season pass but we didn't do so because they are closed from November until March. I'll get the season pass next year. Highly recommend this attraction if you visit Belgium.

Yelp
I've never seen a wildlife park so beautiful as this one, and I've been to many around the world. Be sure to go early in the morning because time flies here and if you arrive around 11am like we did, you won't be able to visit everything. We missed the aquarium building completely. It's a true paradise for photographers. Surprisingly they serve more refined food and huge, good cocktails at reasonably prices of 7 and 8 euros, please keep it that way. There are several food venues offering meals in all price ranges, the most expensive one is the posh Octopus restaurant inside the hotel but it looked very appealing. In most attraction parks you get the feeling of a school canteen, here it's absolutely cosy, you have a very relaxjng pick nick area by the lake too. Staying overnight at the park is possible now but you will pay a lot. Must be a nice experience though. A good option would be to stay in a hotel around the neighbourhood. It is well worth doing in two days if you can. I was amazed by the cleanliness and the space for the animals, they surely don't get the feeling they are locked up.

Yelp
Hands down the best zoo I've ever been !!! You could spend the whole day in just one section of the zoo. So many amazing animals and so much cool architecture. I want to live and work here it is phenomenal.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our visit to this beautiful zoo in a serene park. We spent a day here with our daughter-in-law and grandson this spring. What an absolutely perfect day! The sun was shining, but it was not overly hot making it the perfect day to stroll through the park and enjoy the animal exhibits. I absolutely love the way the exhibits mimic what the animal's natural surroundings should be. I understand they even bring in experts from the country they are trying to mimic to ensure the habitats are the best surroundings for the animals. I love this! In the center of the park stands an old bell tower which is now home to the zoo's bats. You can walk in and stand among the bats or even stroll around the catwalk as the bats fly about, some getting so close you can almost feel their wings touch you. I found this exhibit very cool although my husband and daughter-in-law seemed a bit freaked out when the bats got to close. There are plenty of gift shops, surprisingly each with different wares, and restaurants in the park. However, you are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the grounds. No issues with us taking in a bottle of wine to share with lunch either. Plenty of grassy spots and picnic tables in the park so easy to find a spot to relax and enjoy. Don't be surprised when some of the parks peacocks and cranes come over to hopefully snag a snack. The park is full of these huge and unique birds. Another first for me - they offer "fishy pedicures". Thankfully they check people's feet before allowing them to soak in one of the three fish filled troughs. This tickled quite a bit so we were shushed a couple of times when we first dipped our feet into the water. If you sit still and let the little fish do their thing, you'll emerge in about 15 minutes with some pretty smooth feet. Our daughter-in-law takes her son here quite often - it's an absolutely lovely way to spend the day for adults and children alike. If I lived near this park, I would have a season pass too. This is one of the best zoo/park experiences I have had and if you are in the area, you should make a point of coming to visit.

Yelp
This Zoo is a must if you are in the Chievres AB/SHAPE area. They have a animal petting area which has goats, pigs and other animals. They have beautiful botanical displays and fair priced food. I heard you can bring your own food in. The security seemed to be very good i.e. Metal detectors and X-ray machines. The staff was polite and spoke English. Really, the only con I saw was it is expensive in my opinion and you have to pay for parking (€7). It is Europe after all everything is overpriced here it seems.

Yelp
No zoo meets this level of detail. Zoo is divided into regions - China, Russia, American, India, etc with architecture reflecting those regions surrounding the animal habitats. There's a huge Parkin the middle for kids. There's a train that can take you around the zoo. To top it off - hotel rooms are available there so you can see the animals on the other side of your room... wow!

Yelp
Once upon a time Pairi Daizi was called Parc Paradiso, which was much easier to pronounce not only in English but also for the local French speaking population. But never mind that; if you find yourself in Belgium then you should really make a trip to this wildlife park that has not only hundreds of different animals but also several different countries. It seems that every year a new country is added. At the park you can visit China, Indonesia, Australia and other parts of the world. You will find kangaroos, elephants, giraffes, all kinds of birds, crocodiles and even the parks favorite animals, the lemurs. The park usually opens the end of March and closes for the season at the beginning of November. I'll be buying my season pass again soon.

Yelp
This is a great place! My kids loved as did I! The grounds use to be an estate of a Duke which then was given to a monastery. You see elements of a great palace that has been converted to an aquarium. The monastery is still around in the Cambron Brasserie, an actual brewery on the zoo grounds. The brasserie, the food is awesome! We did not see everything at the zoo! And the kids were not happy that we did not see everything, however, it gives us an excuse to go back. Each animal is in its own country; India, China and soon the US with the possibility of an Alligator from the states! The petting zoo is very cute and super sweet for the younger ones. We will come back here again and I will enjoy a brew next time!! Pairi Daiza is unique and should be on your list of things to do!

Yelp
It was an amazing zoo compare to the ones in Canada. I will be coming back as I never got to see everything even though I was there for 4 hours. Don't go on a Saturday and try to go on an overcast day. The zoo fills up very quickly especially w school children.
