This place is delicious, you come and what you eat it just gets better. From a cup of shrimp spicy broth, then a Paititi ceviche with Leche de Tigre, which I swore was made of milk, but it isn't the sauce on the ceviche is white made with fish and celery, I just had to ask for a spoon to finish it.
Then I asked for a salmon carpaccio and I just was amazed, the vinaigrette was just the amount of acidity that the vinaigrette has to have, it has thinly sliced jalapeños and sliced toasted almonds, just amazing!
