PAK'nSAVE Cameron Road

Typical of the noteworty PAK'nSave supermarket offering, this one being a real 'jewel in the crown' Very friendly staff , great cross section offering of an extensive product range and the ' cherry in top' being that it is a flagship for a 100% New Zealand owned company. No profits disappearing off shore, unlike some others in the food sector. Store is a credit to the staff and management with its cost savings in these tight economic times.

Anna the store manager went out of her way for me. I entered the store on crutches as she was coming out a side door. She stopped to ask me if I was ok and I replied yes thank you. I proceeded into the store but found that I couldn’t continue. My friend had caught up with me after parking the car but I felt unable to continue. Anna saw me stop and came to my aid she went and got a wheelchair and made sure I was safe and comfortable. She even offered to help me with my shopping. Anna was kind and compassionate her empathy was appreciated. Thank you Anna

I like this Pak n Save because it has the best fresh sea food selection of any super market in the Bay. Great bakery too.

It's a good place to shop but some staff are just hostile and frustrated. Can do better. Almost felt threatened by a staff just blocking my way whilst driving. No communication almost look like he wanted an altercation.

The security guard is so rude here, there’s a group of people trying to get out the exit door at the end which they locked before closing, and the security guards just says “not my problem” to everyone trying to exit.

Recently Maui at the Seafood counter went absolutely over and above to make sure I had a fresh kingfish to fulfil an order I made. He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs. Im very greatful, as I had already enquired multiple other places before I was able to find someone who could fulfil the order. Thank you Maui! Pak n Save Tauranga as a whole has a great selection of everything, and great prices. :)

Lots of customers who can block aisles and walk very slowly. I had a gift card and the girl at the self check out was very efficient and helpful.

An abundance of food and brilliant service along with great pricing makes this the best place to buy your food in New Zealand

I went to a different Pak N Save during my first New Zealand trip so I had high expectations. This location didn't quite hit the mark. Although it has a lot of the same options, I felt they were a lot less prepared food options which is why we came here to begin with.
