Loved this historical hotel. In the bustle of town with a stunning rooftop restaurant next door. Lovely tea area in lobby. You’re staying in a maze of history and architecture. Loved our visit! Great to watch the city fireworks when they show.

I am so happy that the Pal Haveli was recommended to me. This place is beautiful. Location is excellent and views from restaurant are the best in Jodphur. The staff were very attentive. The stairs are a little steep and there are some low doorways but this is a reminder that you are staying in an authentic Haveli and I prefer this to a modern hotel. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. It was very quiet considering g the location and the rooms are huge with high ceilings and decorative walls and ceilings. Bedding was comfortable too. |Additionally we were treated to an impromptu cooking demonstration by renowned chef, Vishel. It was a fun evening and I’m looking forward to making my own Jodphuri chicken when I get home.

Pal Haveli is in a fantastic location and has amazing views from the roof, with a lovely shaded courtyard. The rooms we had were beautiful. That’s the good part.

Pal Haveli is sensational.|I want to live there.|The rooms are stunning. There is still enough leftover aloofness to make it even more compelling to visit. Everything is done with alacrity. The place is better than most museums. The rooftop restaurant is beyond fabulous. Nearly surreal. The view is way past stunning. The food is wildly good. The staff are truly fabulous. |Walk a hundred metres to an amazing authentic market that is crazy colourful and chaotic and cool. The people in the market were great fun. The usual few pains the arm were there but mostly wow great, who doesn’t want to walk around there? Go into the fabric market. Better than somewhere like Fez or Marrakech where it’s nothing but a tourist trap. This is real. And it’s easy if you’re staying in Pal Haveli. Jodhpur is soooo good. A taxi from the airport to the here was a piece of cake but you must ask for a taxi not a tuk tuk. Uber to attractions is a piece of cake. Getting back is a piece of cake. They pick up and drop off near the gate a hundred metres from the clocktower.|But back to the haveli. Dining on the rooftop at night with the view of the illuminated fort won’t be quickly forgotten. The rooms won’t be forgotten. Staff won’t be forgotten for all the right reasons.

We had such a beautiful stay at Pal Haveli during a tour I hosted in India for a group of 12 amazing women from Australia. Jodhpur was one of the highlights of our journey, and Pal Haveli played a huge part in making it so special. The haveli itself is full of character — every corner has charm and history, and the views from the rooftop are just unreal (Mehrangarh Fort at sunset? Wow!). The team really looked after us — from the super helpful front desk to the lovely staff who were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. They even organized tuk tuk rides for our whole group, which turned out to be such a fun way to explore the city. Everyone had a blast zipping around the blue streets of Jodhpur! And let’s talk about the food — Indique, their rooftop restaurant, was an absolute gem. The food was delicious, and the vibe up there made every meal feel like a little celebration. Huge thanks to the Pal Haveli team for hosting us with such care and kindness. We felt so welcome and looked after. Can’t wait to be back someday!

The hotel is in the center of town, but once inside the walls you enjoy it is nice and quiet. The hotel is beautiful and stylish and a formal royal palace that feelst like staying in a museum and a palace. We enjoyed and incredibly large and beautifully decorated room.

A good Havali in a great location with a nice rooftop restaurant. We had a ground floor room (historical suite) in the courtyard next to the small museum. The room was huge and extravagantly decorated in keeping with the history of the building. The staff were attentive and the afternoon tea was very welcome after a busy day sightseeing. Outside it was a bit chaotic because it is next to the market so be prepared.

What a gem of a place. Nestled in the prime history beacon of Jodhpur near the ghantagar market. On one end, we had the majestic view of the Mehrangarh fort, and on the other side, the timeless clock towers, which with every chime, takes you back in time. The Indique restaurant serves delightful food to invigorate your palette, and the rooms and premises make you feel nothing short of royal- at least till you're booked for there. Strongly recommend staying at this place rather than wasting their time in modern hotels. Even Ummaid Bhawan doesn't have the archaic artwork that is still present here. We stayed in the Royal suite, which is all blue and has the same wall lining done from sea shells powder, which you'll find in Mehrangarh Fort Queen's palace. Highly highly highly recommended.
