I want to provide feedback on my recent stay at the hotel, which was marred by poor management and staff behavior. Despite confirming my bed request via email with the manager, Ritesh Sidhawat, the staff disregarded it upon arrival. Ritesh was very rude and demanded extra payment for a bed that was already included in the deal. Only after he contacted his manager was the issue resolved, but this whole episode ruined the mood and the otherwise pleasant experience we had during the trip. The bed provided was low in height, and the mattress was uncomfortable, causing me back pain. Health and safety is not priorities (pics for reference) . The heater initially worked but started making noise in the middle of the night, disturbing my sleep. While the hotel looks beautiful, the amenities do not meet expectations. Most importantly, there is no car parking available within the premises unless you bring your own vehicle. Since the hotel is located in the old city, access is not very convenient. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these issues. On a positive note the restaurant was brilliant and the food was amazing.

The stay was amazing! The rooms were cozy and comfortable — we had the heritage-view rooms, which were quite spacious and had large windows overlooking the beautiful Mehrangarh Fort. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop restaurant was the highlight — it offered the best view of the fort, especially when it was lit up at night. The food was delectable and the prices were very reasonable for the experience. The staff, as well as the people in the nearby shops, were incredibly polite and welcoming. Everyone was eager to help and share stories about the history of the place. Overall, a wonderful experience — would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jodhpur! 🌸✨

Paal Haveli felt like stepping into a postcard last night. My wife and I went for dinner and wine, and honestly the view alone is worth writing poetry about. From the rooftop, you get a surreal 360° frame of Jodhpur’s beauty: Mehrangarh Fort glowing in royal silence, Gulab Sagar Lake shimmering like liquid moonlight, and Umaid Bhawan standing proud in the distance. The vibe is calm, intimate, and almost cinematic - perfect for slow conversations and lingering moments. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the wine paired beautifully with the evening. If you’re looking for a place where good food meets unforgettable ambience, Paal Haveli is an easy recommendation. A dinner there feels less like a meal and more like an experience.

A very special haveli if you have one of the incredible heritage rooms. Perfectly located for walking to the central market and step well. Breakfast in the rooftop dining room was magical and dinner on the roof with the fort as a backdrop is unforgettable. Food is very good.

The hotel’s price is not matching the rooms’ quality, especially compared to all the other heritage places we stayed at in Rajhastan. I was unable to sleep due to the very noisy surroundings, to which the hotel’s management responded that it’s a heritage hotel and that we were actually already given an upgrade. If that is truly the case it’s concerning, given that the rooms were smaller then advertised, AC had a foul smell, TV wasn’t working, water kettle wasn’t properly installed, impossible noisy surroundings. Staff was very efficient but it doesn’t compensate. Food is okay, but very expensive for what you get. Avoid

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We went here for lunch and to start with we ordered two beers. Foreigners seated next to us were immediately served beers along with papad, while we were ignored. When questioned, the captain had no answer whatsoever. After an unusually long wait, papad finally arrived—soggy and inedible. We returned it, and the staff took it back without even the courtesy of an apology. The service here is clearly biased and discriminatory, favoring foreign customers over Indian patrons. This kind of attitude is shameful and unprofessional. I will never visit this place again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Yes it's good but food is very costly, prices are even higher than the airports. Didn't provide toothbrush, paste. Bathroom tapes are not upto the mark. Room was clean and fresh. Behaviour of the staff was very good. Complimentary water bottles were of only of 500 ml qty.
