I want to provide feedback on my recent stay at the hotel, which was marred by poor management and staff behavior. Despite confirming my bed request via email with the manager, Ritesh Sidhawat, the staff disregarded it upon arrival. Ritesh was very rude and demanded extra payment for a bed that was already included in the deal. Only after he contacted his manager was the issue resolved, but this whole episode ruined the mood and the otherwise pleasant experience we had during the trip.
The bed provided was low in height, and the mattress was uncomfortable, causing me back pain. Health and safety is not priorities (pics for reference) . The heater initially worked but started making noise in the middle of the night, disturbing my sleep. While the hotel looks beautiful, the amenities do not meet expectations.
Most importantly, there is no car parking available within the premises unless you bring your own vehicle. Since the hotel is located in the old city, access is not very convenient. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these issues.
On a positive note the restaurant was brilliant and the food was amazing.
