Palace Bridge

I have been to this place many times in the past and the quality of service and rooms has gone down significantly. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the staff is not friendly. If you like the spa, I recommend going there individually but avoid at all cost actually spending the night over there.

Nothing after the horrible experience. I forgot a very expensive collection of figurines I bought in the country, and when I called two hours later after having forgotten them in the room, no one had seen them. It's quite sad that a 5-star hotel is dedicated to stealing from its guests.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect — just a 10-minute walk to the Hermitage. It was very luxurious and clean, with spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and incredibly hospitable staff. Considering everything, it was truly outstanding.

We had the worst experience of all our hotel stays ever in a hotel with palace bridge , st petersberg.||The hotel accused of us smoking in the room by spotting a cigarette stub in their cameras just outside our room window (which was later found to be missing on checking)||While we quickly cut short our sightseeing only to prove our innocence and returned to the hotel, the arrogant lady at the front office who was acting like a guard handling secret services was in no mood to listen to any of our statements and kept saying we were lying and she will call the police if we denied the accusation. This was at midnight after locking us out of the room.||Once the hotel staff realised that they made a mistake and it was not our room, they still had no decency to apologise. Instead they said they are letting us go this time and will call the cops.||In short we felt we had this experience as the hotel staff loved showing racist air in the hotel. ||So if you are a foreigner who cant speak russian, avoid this place.

Every time I stay in Palace Bridge Hotel is a unique and at the same time cozy experience. All very professional. I stay there for some years now and I have seen a constant effort for improvement. Internet works great, rooms always very clean, quick response and resolution for any potential issue. I enjoyed the spa so much/one of the major elements of the hotel. But what makes the difference is the people working there trying their best. |I have so many people to thank. From Alexandra and Sabina of reservations to Michail the night manager at reception. I cannot forget the rest of personnel at breakfast always smiling. The cleaning ladies and room service that always do a great job and respond immediately. Really thank you to all.

Very good made and beautiful spa, best one in Saint-Petersburg. Very nice rooms. Problem is that spa open till 23, but already 22.30 Jacuzzis and saunas are turned off. Breakfast is good, there is sparkling wine included. I wish there would be a loyalty program soon. I stay at the hotel several times a year and want to receive bonuses in the form of room upgrades

Breakfast is weak for such a beatiful and big hotel. Cheese and hot beeakfast options are very few.

I find it shocking to see so many positive reviews for this place. My parents traveled a great distance and stayed for three days in a room that was shockingly mediocre for a so-called 4-5star hotel. The real nightmare began when one of their expensive items was stolen by the hotel’s staff while they were out sightseeing. When they discovered the theft and reported it, the staff refused to take any responsibility, blatantly disregarding the hotel's policy. I understand that valuables should be locked away, but this item was a power bank that was still charging. I wouldn't be writing this review if I wasn't absolutely certain of what happened. The staff's behavior was disgracefully unprofessional, and it’s appalling that they acted as if this serious issue wasn't their problem.
