My husband and I spent a night at the Palace Casino Resort because we saw it advertised on an I-10 billboard as the only non-smoking casino in Biloxi. They do provide a smoking room off the exclusive restaurant Mignon’s for those who want to smoke. Our room was spacious and clean, and the checkout, security, and maintenance staff were very friendly and attentive. The view from our room overlooked the park and we enjoyed the lit-up amusement park rides against the night sky. We liked the all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner and the more-than-you-can-eat servings at Stacked for breakfast. Our server, Brittany, was very attentive and super friendly. The casino was clean, but chilly. Sanitizing wipes were provided everywhere. Bring your jacket or sweatshirt! The grounds were well maintained around the swimming pool, and we enjoyed easy access to the mile-long Point Cadet Fishing Bridge. We will tell our family and friends and return soon. We want to eat at Wahoo's Poolside Bar and Grill!

Google
( After more than 5 times visit) Highly recommend this hotel in many aspects. 1. Perfectly convenient place for a fishing at pier to begin with. 2. Every single staff at this hotel like EVERYONE I HAPPENED TO SEE and who helped me was super kind and seem to be educated very well by the owner, which is the best impression whenever I visit this place. 3. The quality of food at this hotel buffet is very much satisfying especially the meat section (beef brisket and pork rib). The staffs from the chefs at every section to the servers of tables at this buffet are sooooo attentive and amazing in many ways. Thank you! Will come back again soon.

This was our first time visiting a casino and playing. From the hotel check-in, the bell hop, and all employees we interacted with were first rate! The casino was FUN! While we won we ended up playing our winnings. The cocktail/beer ladies were amazing and made sure everyone was taken care of. We did eat at the buffet and did not care for it BUT many people were enjoying it! Our room was large enough and comfy and honestly we didn’t hear any noise during the night! Hopefully we can return one day!

Google
Our family vacation always consists of stopping in the Palace Casino for the Buffet and it's all what it is said to be. The food selection is very enormous and clean, the service is top notch each and every time very attentive asking if everything is okay or if you need anything. Highly recommend this location it's smoke free,so refreshing and parking no problem. If I can give 10 star. I would our go to spot when we vacation here!!

Didn't have a great time this trip. My son, who's 20 years old and will be 21 in a month, wasn't allowed to go to the Stacked restaurant to have a burger because he wasn't 21. I think it's bulls* that a marine that goes over seas to fight terrorists and kill for his country, so that y'all can have these places, can't even walk past your rigged slot machines to have dinner there. Put a damper on the rest of the trip. I come here quite often because I love the buffet, even though the tables are so close together you're right on top of both parties on either side of you, getting staired at the whole time. But was disappointed to find out they have no breakfast during the week. Had to go to another casino to eat. I won't be coming back to stay here. I'll find another hotel. Thought I found the perfect place down here. But turning people away from you restaurants that are paying to stay in your hotel, is a slap in the face that I don't care to endure again.

Google
We had a very fun time at Palace Casino Resort. Besides the awesome smoke free environment and gambling, lets talk Buffet. Wow! It was amazing. So many choices and super friendly staff. Yes, there may be a wait to get seated, but well worth it. I can't tell you about everything, but here is a taste of what we had: excellent spices on the blackened flounder, tasty seafood sausage jambalaya, yummy prime rib and steak, huge amount of desserts. Also, comfort foods, Asian stir fry, noodles, crab, shrimp, and more! Definately worth the stay. Check it out! We will be back!

Google
My review is for the buffet. I have brought kids here twice and both times the staff have been incredibly kind and welcoming even though we have to walk the kids all the way through the casino to get to the buffet. There are lots of kid friendly options as well as plenty of food that adults love. It usually takes a few minutes to get through the line but once you are seated, your drinks arrive quickly and you are free to go to the buffet and eat anything you wish. Seafood options here are fantastic. If you like shrimp there is plenty as well as fish and other friend seafood. There is a huge dessert bar as well as a nice salad bar, a comfort food section, Asian food and a carving station. The buffet is big and easy to move around. There are plenty of attendants. It's also a fantastic value for the variety and quantity of food. If you park in the garage on the 3rd floor you can walk across the covered catwalk at the rear of the garage to the casino. When you get there, they will point you to the buffet. It is kind of away from the catwalk but easy to navigate to it. Just get in line and you pay before you enter the seating area. Obviously if you have kids, they can't touch any machines so keep an eye on them.

Google
Excellent environment for food, gambling and customer service. Smoke free therefore the entire property smells "fresh" Ample parking. Great buffet (I prefer the breakfast buffet). Breakfast buffet consists of (in addition to traditional breakfast fare) fried porkchops, small steaks, shrimp and grits, and a host of other items. Offering something for everyone, it will not disappoint. Pastries are limited, but what is offered has been delicious. The service is the star of the show, not only at the buffet but across the gambling floor. Dealers are knowledgeable and polite. Bartenders are friendly. Security is professional. Mix it all together and you are sure to have an enjoyable adult experience that is relaxing, comfortable and safe. One item I found unusual was that the casino floor does close. Gambling opens at 0800. Off the beaten path, this gem is likely overlooked by tourist. However, The Palace ranks near the top in what really matters, hospitality. Highly recommend to tourist and locals alike.

Yelp
NO SMOKING!!! Best environment on the coast! Friendly staff, good food and drinks. There is an enclosed Smokin Lounge available. Great fun and a wide selection of machines.

Jasmine S.

Yelp
In town for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay at the palace! Rooms were nice and the price was less than $400 for the entire weekend! I'm not a gambler so I didn't visit the casino floor at all. The main floor is where the Spa, fitness center etc is. Floor 2 is where the casino and steak restaurant is. The pool is on floor 3 and so was our room. My favorite part was the pool and side bar grill. At night the poolside was definitely a vibe. After 830pm you have to be 21+. The service was great and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Smoke free property but they do have a smoking lounge on the second floor!

Yelp
Palace Casino resort is Biloxi's only smoke-free resort, which is what influenced my husband and I to stay here for 2 days. Parking was free and easy with the option to park in the garage or in the parking lot adjacent to the resort. The check-in process was fast, and the entire staff was friendly. Some aspects of the casino are a bit dated, but everything was clean and kept up very nice, including our room. The gift shop was possibly the worst I've ever been to. I was hoping to purchase some souvenirs, but everything looked like it had been sitting there for 10 plus years, and they refuse to add new items until the old stuff sells. The Lady in the Gift Shop was very friendly. Hopefully, they will update their selections so the guest will have cute things to purchase. I purchased a spa package for my husband at Pure, The Palace Spa. A discount was added since we were staying at the hotel, and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to request one. Very friendly staff, the lobby was welcoming. My husband enjoyed his massage and said it was relaxing. The casino offers several dining options. We only dined at 2 of the restaurants. Stacked Grill was where we dined for breakfast both days. I was able to get an Omlette prepared to fit my dietary needs, and I had their fresh fruit plate that came with yogurt and granola. My husband enjoyed his Eggs your way breakfast and added a pancake. The line for the Palace Buffet was super long, and the ratings were very high, so we ate dinner at the Buffet one night. Thanks to my rewards from the casino, my meal was free. We were looking forward to the amazing food that we read about in the local magazine. The buffet offers a variety of foods at different stations, which include Flames, Comfort, Coastal, and Wok. It is always nice to have options, especially when you are trying to eat healthy like myself. I can't say the food was bad, but unfortunately, it was not very good, in my opinion. The food was a tiny step above golden corral. I would not dine at this buffet again, even if it was free. The casino was small but sufficient for me since all I like to play are the slot machines. Usually, casinos are 24 hours, but this one shuts down at 3:00 am sharp each day for deep cleaning and they reopen at 8am. We visited other casinos in the area, and by far, Palace Casino was the cleanest, and the restrooms were spotless. Overall, we had a nice experience. If I ever find myself in the area again, I'd definitely come back.

Yelp
We enjoyed our long stay at Palace Casino Resort. The staff was phenomenal, welcoming and helpful. Checking in was easy, our clean and spacious room was waiting for us. Housekeeping was amazing. Casino cocktail service was superb. The restaurants were delicious. Buffet selection amazing. Overall great place to pay and stay. Great location Casino does a deep clean daily in the 3:00am hour of the morning. Complimentary parking Smoke free casino

Christopher C.

Yelp
Not much to add that hasn't been said by others. SMOKE FREE! The whole place is fresher than any smoky casino ever will be. The staff were cheerful. Our room was large and clean. We paid a few bucks extra for a room with a view of the Bay. The linens and towels were fresh and nice quality. The buffet was impressive in the wide variety of food available, but the quality was only OK. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding either. The gaming floor is predominantly slot machines. The gaming tables are clean (no smoke) and in good repair. The dealers were professional and friendly and not rude. We had a fun time and are likely to return. (Did I mention they are smoke free?) Lots of free parking available and clear, easy access from the parking deck to the casino and the hotel.

Jason C.

Yelp
We spent 4 nights here while in town for a wedding & had a great experience. Quick note - we aren't gamblers so I can't really comment on the actual casino but the hotel & resort itself was well worth the money. Nice clean room with comfy bed, friendly staff, great food options including a solid buffet, steak restaurant & other food options whether you're wanting breakfast, lunch, or late night snacks! Bathroom was large & clean, easy & free parking garage. Check-in & check-out was painless with no questionable charges. We also took advantage of the spa! Had a great couples massage at Pure Spa. The staff was incredibly friendly & very attentive to our needs. Steam room, sauna, showers, you name it. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for an upgrade over your basic 2* chain hotel!

Ash C.

Yelp
Room was clean. Buffet was good.. just good. Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. It's a typical casino. A little outdated. The worse part of this hotel was the bed, which to me is a deal breaker. We have just spent 10 hours in the car and now another 7 hours. We were really looking forward to sleeping in a comfortable bed. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Hard and flat as a board. We booked this hotel because it was a 9.2 star hotel. In my opinion it was not a 9.2 a 4 or 5 maybe but not a 9.2. If you want a comfortable place to sleep on your travels this is not the hotel. If you just want to eat and drink and gamble this is your hotel.

Yelp
This review is based on a stay Thursday before July 4th weekend. Pros: Good location by the water. Nice pools. Not too crowded at table games The lady in the sports book area was very friendly Cons: Checkin took quite a while at 4 in the afternoon. I had a chat with a regular and she said there were usually a few receptionists ready to checkin people. The treadmills in the gym were having problem during our stay The receptionist that we reported the issue with the treadmills was not that friendly. She was helpful but not friendly. Food at the 'famous' buffet (best in Biloxi) was ok but not as great as I expected or read from the reviews.

Kristine A.

Yelp
We loved that the whole casino is smoke free. Usually there is just a small area that is, even though you know that the smoke travels to the whole building, do it was nice not to have to deal with that. They also have plenty of slots and table games ķ even though we didn't win any money We had the buffet for lunch, and it was delicious, with a great variety. And all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Andrea S.

Yelp
Pretty cool casino, I know it is smoke free, which I like, but my husband and would never want to stay or gamble per his words because he is a smoker. We came for the buffet, which I think is the best one in Biloxi. Also close by The Gulf Coast VA & Keesler Air Force Base.

Chuck W.

Yelp
Just had my vocher stolen out of machine. I have lived in Las Vegas , Worked in Biloxi at a major hotel, we travel down to Biloxi once a month from GA. Just seems like the casino could care less. In 55 years I have never had this happen! Never again will I return to this casino. BILOXI BLING.COM . WATCH FOR MY REVIEW

Yelp
Outstanding buffet and great service make this a wonderful stop when you were in the Gulfport Mississippi area. The locals talk highly of the food, the fun and mostly the cleanliness. Definitely something you want to check off your list when you're here and don't forget to go through the Buffet and order something from the Wok, they are great with service, and make delicious dishes!

Keith L.

Yelp
Great location, easy and free parking. Non-smoking. Staff are friendly, especially bartenders at the sports bar (Contact) and in the diner (Stacked).

KC N.

Yelp
Happy with the stay! Didn't realize it but luckily we picked the only non smoking casino in the area - huge bonus! It's not a large casino, but I liked that. Great location looking over the bay. Updated decor in lobby and rooms. Spacious room that was clean and comfortable. Great price too. We didn't feel like the food options were for us (I don't so buffets), but plenty of dining options nearby (loved The Blind Tiger). Liked the nearby walking options do - the pier and the path going around the bay. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

Kunnida C.

Yelp
This was my first time eating here and where have I been? It's the best buffet on the strip. Evry flavor was right on point, everyone were friendly, and it's the only non-smoking casino there. Can't wait to eat here again!

GKelly R.

Yelp
We ate at the buffet. The Prime Rib was a perfect mid rare out to the edge. Tastey too! The boiled shrimp has a good spice. The desert selection covers my wife and i's taste buds. The gaming floor was busy, but, it is spaced out enough to not notice the crowds. The staff we encountered are friendly. I asked about the drawings going on that night. The slot attendant was very knowledgeable. The Bakery, has some nice size Cakes and Pastries. We both enjoy the Non-Smoking Atmosphere at our Palace Casino.

Lance F.

Yelp
Pretty reasonable buffet pretty typical casino buffet, but wide variety altogether pretty good

Elise G.

Yelp
I admit I did not stay in the hotel nor gamble, but of all my stops on the casino strip I chose this one as it is smoke-free. I had a nice chat in the gift shop and a great simple dinner of cranberry/pecan chicken salad in the small cafe where I could people watch. Being a non-smoking casino these people looked more like they were having a good time rather than desperately addicted to gambling/drinking/smoking. Not that other casinos are full of those types, but they have their percentage. I'm an old-school nickel slot fan and although some of these machines were actually penny & quarter slots it is not the same as putting a coin in and pulling a lever. Now you push buttons, place bets, up the anté and use your credit card. So pretty much give your money away for lights and ding-a-lings. People watching at its best.

Lor E.

Yelp
I went to the Palace Casino because it was smoke-free. I enjoyed being here. I got about $35 of FreePlay and was able to get my buffet half-price. The food on the buffet was pretty good. Had a good selection. I will come here again.

Paul K.

Yelp
Pro tip. These rooms are very expensive but there is a way around it. Palace Casino is the only 4 star casino in this area. That means when you go to Hotwire and book a 4 star casino you are going to the Palace. The $159 fee turned into $200 with all the add ons. Then they charge you $100 fee in case you skip out on a full paid bill. Of course I have not received my $100 back. Why the 3 stars? The room was very nice and large. The only downside was the bathroom was more along the lines of a Motel 6 with a bath/shower combo and small. This is one of those place that if you think too hard about it you will lower the score to 1.

Bert G.

Yelp
Our stay here was prompted by a wedding of a friend at the nearby Maritime Museum. The Palace gave us wedding invitees a special rate for several days. The staff at the Palace was quite welcoming and efficient, despite a one-time glitch with the electronic key cards. The room was really spacious and quiet, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom far more than adequate for us. Yes, the towels were soft and plump. Our room had a superb westerly view, and the sunsets were awesome. The breakfast buffet deserves a separate review. With 5 stars, I might add. Our stay at the Palace was simply wonderful.

Kelly B.

Yelp
Another stellar trip for relaxation. This place is the best. All staff from housekeeping - front desk are accommodating. The rooms are clean, the views are unrivaled, and the food is the best- in every venue. Brittany still rocks the palace cafe & Jonah was very attentive at the pool and Sailor has served us at wahoos for many years! And Corey and the other valet bellmen are helpful. See you soon Palace!!

Connie g.

Yelp
Do Buffet has great food choices. Atmosphere is clean and great! Service could be a little friendlier.

Chelley S.

Yelp
Went for the buffet, which was great - well worth the price. Def should've stayed here instead of Harrah's. Much cleaner & well kept.

May K.

Yelp
Went there for dinner with the family, the food was good and the service was great. My one complaint is the gift shop, I believe the lady was the manager considering she wasn't wearing the uniform. She was rude to my family and I, and when asked about certain items in the store, she clearly didn't have any information on them.

Phillip B.

Yelp
Great casino , looked a little sketchy from outside but very nice on the inside plus a $10 crap table , never had to look far for a drink would definitely go back .

Kim J.

Yelp
I am a regular visitor at the Palace and a Prime member. My husband and I usually spend every other week here and we have always loved our visits and enjoyed the amenities. However, since May as a Prime member there is nothing to offer. The only reason we comeback is because of the friendliness of the staff (cocktail servers and dealers) and Mignon's bar food and staff but even that can't keep us coming forever. The Cafe is open and the only hot food offered is the gumbo, which is delicious. The sports bar, Contacts, is open and has great wings and a verity of bar food but the hours and days are limited. The buffet is open and have some amazing food also, but they do NOT open for breakfast. Wahoos is the outside bar and grill that had a very limited menu but they close for the season. The pool area is great and we love the cabanas but the refrigerators are dated and there's no TV and we have heard lots of guests try to listen to games by the pool from their personal radio or tv devices. Please open something up to offer your paying guests. There is no valet, no spa or spa services, nowhere to eat breakfast (buffet doesn't open until lunch), no concierge lounge, and no room service.

Andrena J.

Yelp
This hotel was very clean and sanitized. The room was nice and clean and plenty of towels. The staff was helpful. The food was amazing. I would definitely come back. Loved the no smoking casino too!

Jennifer N.

Yelp
This was my first stay at this hotel. My daughter and I came down for a concert. Our first morning here we were harassed by a security officer while I (40 year old adult) was trying to access an ATM. My daughter is 18 and could not even go near an atm because he swore she was going to play on a machine. He yelled at her across the room and made her stand on a wall in his sight. Funny thing is they had nothing to say about her age as we walked through the casino to spend $74 on dinner last night. Initially I had thought about getting a players card and playing here but after this I will not spend a single cent more in this hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone and we will never stay here again.

Kennedy R.

Yelp
Y'all this the best hotel in Gulfport Mississippi the Frostiness when you walk in the hotel room make you wanna fall asleep the bed is cold and it so comfortable The pool is also nice so great job on this hotel you did good and the food is yummy you can get whatever you want

Lisa H.

Yelp
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. I called to get our room serviced ( bed made, trash taken out, etc.) I was told they don't service the rooms until you leave. If you need towels, call for them. If you need sheets.. you have to make your own bed. I was on vacation! I didn't want to make my own bed. It was our 25th anniversary and nobody cared but us. I was very disappointed.

Jackie W.

Yelp
This casino and hotel is great the food was good the customer service was great which is hard get now days everything was so clean and fresh and all the employees was very nice I'll definitely be staying here again when visiting the area.

Jessica L.

Yelp
This casino is not handicapped friendly When coming in from the parking garage the doors are not motion detector or a handicap hold I cannot open the doors my husband pushes me through We both have cuts and bruises on our arms The doors just close hard on you The trip to the pool was the worst of all Up to the 3rd floor over ramps to elevator's and more fire doors where I receiv my worse wound and the towel lady had to get the first aid kit I never went down there again The handicapped room we had you have to sign a waiver because the water of the shower goes all over the floor for a slippery mess and there's no squeegee to get the water to the drain So motion detector doors and squeegees in the bathrooms But right now if you are handicapped stay away

Scott M.

Yelp
We just stayed here in November 2022 like other posts the casino is smoke free and extremely clean. They do not clean the rooms daily which didn't bother me but found it strange and had to ask for toilet paper after just one day being not even a half roll when we arrived.we stayed on the 8th floor with a view of the golden nugget the sports book bar was great good drinks and friendly people we ate at the buffet and it wasn't bad not the best and wouldn't eat there again but if your into peal and eat shrimp it's probably worth the 24.00 per person. Its in a quiet area and great proximity to ocean springs would stay here again really nothing to complain about

Carlos T.

Yelp
Security to me - "are you going to any restaurants on the property when I asked him to if he could tell me where the bathroom was located". I tell my son there is always a day when something will get a record top or bottom. Well the Palace just got my vote for most rude unwelcoming staff in my 44 years on this planet. This is what happened. We got to the buffet about 5 mins before breakfast ended. So my wife ran up to get the buffet and paid for it and got her players card. Well me and my son were right behind. I saw a security guard and I asked him where the bathroom was. Then he hits me with are you "actually" going to eat at a restaurant. I was like WTF? Are you kidding me bro? Me being from the Westcoast I am not used to this kind of "Southern Hospitality" I said yeah my man I am actually eating at the buffet, I just need to take a leak before I eat. He then says people come in all the time to change diapers and they mess up the place. I looked at my 11 year old son that is about 5-5 and then I looked at him and said, "no bro he isn't in diapers anymore" and shook my head. Then I get to the buffet and all hell breaks loose. To sum it up the manager said I had 5 mins to stuff all the breakfast on my plate and that is it, even though it was Sunday and BRUNCH!!!!!. I was not allowed under any circumstance to eat lunch when they bring it out in 5 mins. I just looked at her and said "are you kidding me". She said nope, you paid for breakfast not lunch. So I said just give me my money back for our 3 meals then. So she said ok and refunded my money. Yep. I will never be back to this hotel or casino anytime in my life. Word to Westcoast people traveling to the south. It isn't Vegas, you will be treated like TRASH. You have been warned.

Melissa N.

Yelp
Small disclaimer about the hotel...it says the only smoke free hotel in Biloxi, but if you take the elevator to the second floor there is a small smoking area. Great hotel, clean and I mean immaculately clean with little handiwipes on every seat at the slot machines. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

Chloe M.

Yelp
0/10 the buffet was TERRIBLE. Simple stuff like green beans or fries were even disgusting. Absolutely waste of money!!! Way to expensive for such terrible food. DONT COME HERE!!!!!

Briana M.

Yelp
The palace had no employers at 1am and did not have enough cocktail waitresses to accommodate the players. You played with no complimentary drinks. They don't tell you if there is an another table to play at with cheaper wagers until playing two wagers. There is no guidance for new players. So if you're new don't come here. They only care about scamming you out of your money.

Robin K.

Yelp
Very clean and nice. Holly at check in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Like that it is smoke free. Easy parking. Friendly bell hop. Would stay here again.

Justin G.

Yelp
Decent hotel, nothing fancy. No resort fee though which was nice. I also like the fact that it's non smoking. Casino was mediocre. No poker room though.

Tammy H.

Yelp
We spent Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time, the hotel and casino wasn't over crowded and more people close to our age which was great to spend time out by the pool and enjoy the drinks and food from WooHoo, the whole casino was so clean and loved the smoke free part. The food was great between the buffet and Stacked restaurant. Staff was very helpful and nice. We will definitely go back to enjoy more vacations.

Jen B.

Yelp
The ONLY non-smoking casino on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is enough to make it 5 stars in my book. Then there is the GORGEOUS pool area (with NO added daily resort fee), great food options, beautiful modern design throughout, and very spacious deluxe rooms that they rent for as little as $89 from Sunday - Thursday. So if you want a mid-week getaway, this place is perfect! Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, you can use their pool for a $10 charge, and they have poolside service for drinks and snacks from the Wahoo's Poolside Bar and Grill. We had an amazing day lounging by the pool, sipping cold beverages and snacking on fried seafood. The rooms are lovely, modern, sleek and very comfortable. They include a small refrigerator so you can bring some supplies to complement your stay. Nice quality linens, plenty of pillows, flat-screen and cable TV, icy cold air-conditioning are a few other amenities that we appreciated (plus FREE WI-FI throughout the entity facility that worked pretty well). And (PRO-TIP) about that icy A/C, bring a sweater or hoodie for when you are walking around inside the facility. IT.IS.COLD!! The restaurants that we tried were high quality and reasonably priced. In fact we liked our dinner at Stacked grill so much that we were happy to go back in the morning and had a great breakfast, too. Wednesday was trivia at the Contact Sports Bar. Free trivia fun. decent beer selection. Good wings. We did not spend (or loose) one cent on gambling, but they had a ton of machines and table games to choose from, maybe next time. And there WILL be a next time!

Scott L.

Yelp
Wandered into Wahoo's - a poolside bar and restaurant associated with the casino - watching the SEC Baseball Tournament - hanging with my twin sis and brother in law - nice spot right on the water with some sweet boats to look at, well-served bar (Shout out to James my awesome bartender), very nice pool with poolside service for those with inertia issues, rentable cabanas around the pool and an overall good vibe. Pulled pork nachos were nicely done, at a reasonable price and good proportions. Glad I came and would definitely come back....!

Denise L.

Yelp
you know what? i applaud a casino that does not allow smoking, because you know that this is not the norm. you cant walk into a casino without just being overwhelmed by the cigarette smoke, but not here. a very pleasant surprise. the buffet was great, and again, being able to go up to any machine in the ENTIRE casino, and not be affronted by the disgusting smell of cigarettes was wonderful. next time we are in Biloxi, this will be our destination casino.

Cory R.

Yelp
9/20/19 - I have been coming to Biloxi for years and every time I arrive I have lunch at the palace. This place is a smoke-free hotel and has a reasonably priced and expansive brunch buffet, which I always manage to eat too much before I head to the pool and the slots. Note you don't have to stay here to eat here and they are very accommodating.... Tip - they have great rates during the week well below $100 P.S. we had a birthday drink or two on the balcony overlooking the back bay/harbor!

Mary B.

Yelp
The positives are: smoke free casino and kept very clean and sanitized with handy wipes on each machine. Also front desk and transportation employees are very helpful. Buffet was very good. The negatives are: Cafe, .limited menu and not tasty at all. Sports Bar the same. Casino very cold in some areas that I played. My husband had to buy a sweatshirt and eventually the two of us got sick. We had to go to Urgent Care in the area. When we returned home a few days later, I contacted the Hotel Manager George Alexander. I explained out situation (hoping for a little compensation) considering we were lodging at this hotel for 8 nights, eating and gambling with produced a hefty bill. He promised to get back with me after he had a meeting. As of today, July 9th, he has not returned my phone calls after I left several messages and a email to him. He does not represent the hotel in a professional way and is not respectful to his guests. I am owed a phone call even if he cannot help me. Hotel needs to get a new Director who cares. This is not a good way for business. Will never go to this Hotel again. I suggest you do the same.

Yelp
This is the 31st wed anniversary for us, se we decided to do something different.. After viewing several locations I chose this one due to the NO SMOKING policy.. I have an awful autoimmune that reacts severely to smoke inhalation, so this was best for me... upon arrival the parking attendants were very friendly, the front desk associate was helpful, friendly and eager to answer all questions, even the ones I was slow to ask. Lol.. Enjoyed my Me Day, Sarah the pedicurist (I think I made a new word) was soooooo amazing, enjoyed our conversations. Love the smoke free environment......

Yelp
Only casino in Biloxi that still closes 3 to 8 a.m., no coffee available until "approximately" 7 a.m., unfriendly staff on the casino floor. Beds are your standard hard as ever hotel beds. Just nothing that would have me come back for another stay.

Yelp
After staying in biloxi several times, the palace continues to be my favorite casino resort in the area. We are not smokers so we love the smoke free atmosphere, and they have the best gaming options of all the casinos in the area. $3 and $5 minimum blackjack tables and it's always easy to find a seat. I believe the roulette table is usually only $3 or $5 as well, but they also have an electronic roulette thats only $2 min. Super fast cocktail wait staff so it's easy to get a free drink no matter where you're sitting. Lots of restauraunt options, and a great buffet that's not outrageously overpriced like the others. You can get the buffet for half price after earning 10 points (for lunch) or 20 points (for dinner). The hotel here has a boutique feel to it, the rooms are unique, clean and modern. The corner rooms have beautiful panoramic windows and great harbour views. The corner rooms on the top two floors have balconies. Never had a problem getting a free or cheap upgrade to these rooms, just ask! The casino hosts and staff at the hotel are all very accommodating. And last but not least, the POOL. I love the outdoor pool and hot tub here. It's tucked away next to the harbor so it's very private and gets great sunshine all afternoon. It's not as big as the pools at other hotels but its never overly crowded and they offer free bottled water - charge you something like $5 just for water at the beau rivage pool. There is a bar and restauraunt right by the POOL area with cheap drinks and food options.
