Palace Hotel (Bikaner House)

We had a wonderful time at this property. Right from the time we greeted at the hotel when we first came who attended to us with our luggage , the entire front office staff, the entire food and beverage staff, the housekeeping staff … EVERY single one of them have been so helpful, kind and attentive to all our needs. The property itself is beautiful, rooms absolutely clean and if there is anything else required the staff is super accommodating. A big thank you to each and everyone for making us feel so special! Palace Hotel, Bikaner House is a decent property with a lovely heritage feel, but it’s definitely not up to the mark of a true 5 or even 4 star. In reality, it feels more like a 3-star in terms of upkeep, though the pricing is firmly in the 5-star range. The rooms are not very well maintained. Fittings, furniture, and general upkeep need attention. Hospitality is not bad at all, but it can certainly be improved to match the price point and heritage reputation. There is also room for improvement in the breakfast menu, which currently feels limited for the category the hotel claims. One important concern is security. There should be more active security around the rooms and open areas, especially at night, as there are bears known to roam the grounds after dark. While the property has great potential, it needs better maintenance, service, safety measures, and dining enhancements to truly justify its high tariff.

Well...this place is awesome. Location is great, and the property and it's campus is just amazing for all those who want quiet stay with family. While I was looking at the photos placed at various locations in the hotel, I just learned that His Highness Maharaja Karni Singh ji is a Silver Medal Winner in 1962 Olympics for Shooting. What a wonderful achievement for our country....the younger generation might not even know this piece of history.... While the place is full of such amazing surprises, the building is very well preserved and all the furniture is antique...but there is a problem of lizards in the rooms and around because of its location.... Staff, very polite and good.... Food, good. OK. Restaurant, wonderful. Rates, a bit higher, but OK. Worth. Go for it.... Recommended for family stay...

The place where one can make & spend quality time. this stay made so many lovely memories. we get good services by all means. ||We're highly impressed with Mr.Karan & Mr.Ravinder's honesty. We had left valuable jewelry at the hotel & received a call from them after checkout, returning it to us. That's truly amazing.||Saluting their honesty and the rich Rajasthani culture that values integrity.

We went there for dinner. Chef Vishal and his team took real good care of us. The food was amazing and service was prompt. If you are in Mt. Abu, you must have one meal here. Thank you

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious. Service is next level. But but. Food is really blend. Just cant imagine how they can make such food. If you going Mt. Abu to relax and enjoy the property this not your place as you have go out for your food 2-3 times a day. Staff is very co-operative. They are ready to prepare whatever you ask but problem must be chef who dont know the taste. Anyway good stay without food but without food..........

Rooms need a lot of upgrade. The table top glasses are chipped and can cause injury. Doors are not closing properly. Keychain is so heavy need two hands to carry it and if it falls on any childs foot pray it doesn't cause fracture. Service is top notch, food is wonderful. Location is good but has no swimming pool. Great place for relaxation and very near to Delwara Jain temples.

Heritage Hotel and Ambience 🏨 Amazing Hotel with lovely view, loved the hospitality and environment is really peaceful and quite. It is near to main market which makes travel easy.
