One of the better exhibition spaces in Minsk. Spacious and well-lit, simplistic yet functional soviet architecture, I love it.
Unfortunately the place is often used as a venue for some ridiculous markets and similar events. But I guess you gotta earn money somehow in the 21st century Belarus...

Recommed the place for both locals and Minsk guests. The Palace of Arts itself is a perfect example of heavy concrete monumental architecture of ex-Soviet Union in the very centre of Minsk. But it often hosts one of my favorite fashion events - the Big Fashion Market where you will find authentic gifts and fashionable clothes, bags and accessories.
