Palacina The Residence & The Suites

We had the penthouse suite (#25), a 2-bedroom apartment with ensuite bathrooms, a large living room and dining room and a kitchen (fully equipped). The bedrooms are amazing! The master bedroom is huge with a living area, ensuite closet and bathroom and the decoration is very nice. The second bedroom is also quite large (2 single beds with their own mosquito net). The apartment is just awesome! We had drinks at the bar with some food for the kids - excellent service! We also used the indoor poor - really good for laps. The breakfast is great - large choice in a boutique hotel style and excellent service. The hotel is not too far from the airport and in the State House vicinity which makes it extra safe to walk the streets around the hotel. There is a pharmacy, a small grocery shop and a restaurant very near (5 minutes walk at most). And there is a piano which can be used by the guests (might not be #1 selling point!). Overall it is really a great place to stay for families (I would also come back without children), the staff the awesome and we stayed when we arrived in Nairobi and before leaving and we do not regret it!!!

Incredible experience. Caring and welcoming staff.. immaculate accommodation. We enjoyed our stay. Arranged a safari to collect us for a tour and we loved the hotel so much that we came back after safari. They gave us welcome biscuit treats and made is feel at home. Very secure. Rooms nicely decorated too. Breakfast was lovely with lots of nice fruit. Great indoor pool

It’s been yet another fantastic month longer stay in Palacina. The new general manager Andrea is warm, available, attentive to details, knowledgeable and very responsive. Shout out to Ben for his front office management skills and able to coordinate and handle guests together with his immediate team. My housekeeper Elizabeth always a darling humble and great worker cannot do without her. Lilian is sweet too and she also does a great job. Thanks to Susan for great housekeeping management, the team always deliver in decor, the table settings is on point, additional touches in the room much appreciated and a welcoming champagne is refreshing. The security lady - Faith always there at night is such a darling. She is such a proper person and regardless of its raining ir late at night she always delivers her services with a smile. Stanley is like a brother who is always there to help and support. He was so kind he took me to hospital I am very grateful. Patrick too is very respectful and humble.|The bistro staff ladies are always very kind, friendly and naturally great team including the bar staff.||What can I say Palacina is like home to me. I appreciate you all even those that I did not mention. I do appreciate the management for their concern and support when I fell ill organising transport, accompanying to hospital and later checking on me with the most thoughtful and beautiful banquet of two dozen roses.||I highly recommend you for short and long stays in Nairobi. If you are looking for privacy, great amenities, top notch decor and a touch of luxury, Palacina is the place to be. ||Looking forward to returning in 2025!||Kind Regards |Beatrice

Just incredible and outstanding service. Room was immaculate and luxurious. Staff were lovely and friendly. Nice breakfasts and food. Pool was lovely. Mosquito nets over beds also thoughtful. Quality internet. Privacy. We would return again as we loved this experience. We had a safari tour and they collected from hotel

Area is safe and beautiful- feels like an oasis with lovely tropical plants. Staff friendly & helpful.|There is use of a complimentary |laundry room, which is great when extensive traveling. The hotel is actually professionally decorated condos of various sizes. Nice for families. I highly recommend Palacina & will be|staying at their properties in the future.

Amazing location right by grocery stores , mosquito nets to avoid getting stung , beautiful scenery , perfect for family and so close to the airport so a short drive , staff is so kind and friendly and if I were to come to Kenya again I would definitely stay here another time! Also left the kindest note on Christmas Day and the food was super amazing.

The hotel was lovely!! The service was amazing, and breakfast was fantastic!! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. We arrived late, but they were still enthusiastic. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area!

Beautiful and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Free parking and generous play-out. Highly recommended if your are looking for luxury and comfort, while being close to Nairobi highlights.
