Palacina The Residence & The Suites

We had a lovely two night stay - it was a great base for exploring Nairobi. The hotel is in a quiet residential location, away from the noise and pollution of the main roads. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and the bed incredibly comfortable. Food in the restaurant and the breakfast were both good. I’d stay here again for sure.

The Palacina Hotel is an absolute gem of an oasis in a noisy, bustling , traffic ridden city. We were thrilled and surprised to be upgraded to a very large suite that really topped off our stay in Nairobi. |The staff are superb and sincerely customer focused, friendly and welcoming. All the details of the rooms are outstanding!!|I swam in the very lengthy and comfortably temperate indoor pool everyday and loved it. |The breakfasts are really top notch - best home baked croissants of the whole trip. |Can recommend this amazing, very very high quality hotel over and over to all!

We stayed for 4 nights in this comfortable oasis, a sanctuary in the mayhem of Nairobi. From the smiling security guard on the gate, to the porters, waitresses and desk staff - everyone was wonderful, the food quality was amazing and the range of drinks exquisite. Best of times with a drink and some grilled meat in the garden. We will come again.

Lovely, quiet place to stay. Good safe location. A few restaurants nearby. An excellent breakfast and two pools, one indoor, one outdoor. Beautiful grounds with lush landscaping. Super staff and super clean everywhere. Terrific value. Perfect Nairobi stay.

Palacina is a beautiful, well maintained, peaceful oasis. Big, spacious rooms with balconies, a gorgeous terrace with high green trees with a well stocked bar and great food menu it is the perfect place to stay to escape the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. A great location, not far from the airprt and within walking distance of a supermarket and cafes it ticks all the boxes for a tranquil and memorable stay when visiting Kenya.

Fantastic team of staff, room was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Service was second to none. Restaurant was a great place to eat, meet, hang out, and food was wonderful! Me and my family felt like royalty staying here! Best in class hospitality and service!

It was for me the four time to be in this hotel and everything is great. All employees are very friendly, the hotel is very well decorated. The situation est perfect and the place is so quiet, it's a fantastic hotel!|The swimmingpool it's just a dream!|The light in the bathroom must be change, this is the only think I could say.|I love this place and sure if come back to Nairobi, I will go there!

The Palacina residence is a gem, offering a quiet haven and superior service at a very reasonable price. The staff are always available making sure that when and if you want attention they are there, and when you want quiet, you have it. This is not an "events and conferences" hotel, much more a home from home and a touch of luxury. I am always happy that they have a room for me, and always glad to return. It just feels relaxed and welcoming every time.
