Palacina The Residence & The Suites

Palacina holds a very special place for us. We keep coming back every time we’re in Nairobi, and each stay reinforces why. The consistency, comfort, and warmth are unmatched. The managers are fantastic, and the staff across all departments are genuinely kind and welcoming. Whether it’s housekeeping, the kitchen team, or the gardeners, everyone makes an effort to say hello and make you feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that maintains this level of care over so many visits. This time travelled alone for work the first two weeks and were later joined by my fiancée and my mum. We truly appreciate the entire Palacina team and I am already looking forward to come back.

This was my first time staying at Palacina and I really loved it. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. I’m quite active, so I really enjoyed using the gym and especially the indoor swimming pool — it was perfect for doing laps in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful time at Palacina. The place is not only beautiful but the staff is very polite and courteous. The facilities are also good. The pool, the sauna were really good and relaxing. The location is also central and safety os also ensured. I would definitely go there again. Although I do feel they could add a bit of variety to their breakfast.

Palacina several times sets the bar. The staff are consistently warm, helpful and organised. They arranged all my transfers and local transportation seamlessly, and also stored my luggage while I travelled – a small thing that made a huge difference to my trip.||The facilities are outstanding: a well-equipped gym, a beautiful outdoor pool, a sauna and an indoor lap pool. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming.||A reliable, comfortable and professionally run hotel – highly recommended.

Exquisite stay in Nairobi! Staff was universally warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious offerings for all three meals. My suite was enormous, well-equipped, and lovely. Will be returning soon! Pro tip: shampoo is provided but hair conditioner is not.

Palacina is a true treasure here in Narobi! It has all the conveniences of a “big” hotel, but with all the charm and hospitality of a small boutique hotel. A great place to start or end your visit to Kenya as it is just a short trip to most airports. The rooms are fantastic and comfortable, and you can’t beat the food and beverage either!
