Hotel Palma Avenidas

Rooms were great and had all the basic necessities. The reception staff were very kind... The location was perfect, close to buses, train stations, and just a short walk from everything, with a taxi rank right outside. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

The staff and location and dining room were great. The carpeting however and the rooms need updating a lot. I didn't think much to the cheap bare duvet for the bed either. The location made up for most things, but I couldn't recommend it to anyone, particularly in regards to the bedding . Sorry.

Don't book this hotel. The hotel doesn't worse the money they charge. It is very good location. The hotel requires renovation..|You have only liquid soup and shower gel. The towels with stains and holes. Very bad cleaning service. The carpet is very old and dirty. Everything is very old. The breakfast is so so. No big choice of food. Some bowls have cracks. My friends had the problem with the safe. We notify the hotel but they did not anything. |I don't recommend this hotel for the money they charge.|I believe travel agencies has stop do business with the hotel unless the hotel will be renovated

Plusses and minuses. The hotel is two mins from train station and bus stop from the airport. Smack in the middle of the city. Excellent. Lovely staff and dining room. The hotel itself needs updating but I'd go again for the convenience.

We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. Thehotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfastfor €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our roomuntil check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, butsomehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besidesbedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared.The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided tostop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is fullof stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness ispoor.No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and thetea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception.The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and thelocation is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the towncenter. We took an autobus to Soller for a day tripPhotos failed to upload to here for many times

If youre looking for a base hotel in palma with easy access to the bus station and trains to explore the island, this is probably the prefect place for you. ||Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Room was comfortable but very tired, stained carpets and battered furniture but had all the basics we needed.

The location is wonderful, the rooms were very lacking for a 4 star hotel, even the 1 star I stayed in before chucking into this one had a coffee station. This one had the bare minimum but the location was great. The younger lady and the desk in the afternoons was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The rooms were great. Had the basic needs! Had to ask for an extra pillow but that was no problem. Smart Tv which was really helpful. The staff at the reception were nice. And I left my ring behind in the room when we checked out and I emailed the hotel same day and they popped it aside for me. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had but basic for what you need! More variety would be nice. But fine for what it is. The location was perfect near all the buses and the train stations and a short walk from everything. And also a taxi rank near enough outside
