I’m honestly shocked by how bad the customer service was at this hotel. The staff showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and absolutely no understanding of basic guest needs. Every time we had a question or issue, we were met with cold responses or completely ignored.
It felt like the guests were a bother rather than a priority. There was zero effort to make us feel welcome or supported. I’ve stayed in many places, and this was by far one of the worst experiences in terms of service. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
