You think Chile and you think red wine. You come to Chile and most places are serving lager, that they chill just on the off chance that it might otherwise have flavour (it wouldn't; it's lager). The Palacio del Vino is the antidote - you can get food cooked in wine (main course cooked in wine, dessert: pears cooked in wine, accompanied by wine. It's close to the bustling and fun neighbourhood around the park in Brasil, but it's a few steps further down; so, quieter, but out the door and turn right and you're straight back into the nightlife. Given that it's in a quieter area, you come here intentionally, but it's a lovely building, great food, great wine-pairing. Definitely recommend.
