We had a wonderful stay at Palácio do Visconde. The suite was absolutely gorgeous—an ideal blend of modern luxury and historical elegance. Every detail of the design felt intentional and refined, creating a truly memorable atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a lovely touch each morning and added to the overall experience. The concierge team was also exceptional—professional, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Palácio do Visconde to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Lisbon.

Had an amazing experience at Palácio do Visconde! I hosted my engagement dinner here, and from the very first email to the day of the event, Filipe was incredibly attentive and helpful. He explained everything clearly about how the group dinner would work and was very accommodating with our last-minute changes. The food and drinks were fantastic, and my friends and family all had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back soon, perhaps to try the brunch as well. Thank you once again for making our celebration so special.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Palacio. Loved the room, the view, the hospitality, and the breakfast! Also, our server, Karine, was outstanding and really kind. I highly recommend staying there! The neighborhood Anjos is also fantastic, with lots of things to see and do!

Had a long layover at LIS so decided to explore the city for an evening. This hotel was well-reviewed and seemed to have a good location, so I gave it a try. Staff were very friendly and helpful at this boutique hotel. Reasonable cost, location was indeed excellent for the areas I wanted to explore. Breakfast was good; not what I would normally enjoy, but I suspect most people would like it. Fair warning: If a driver is picking you up there, you need to be ready at the assigned time, as the road is essentially a busy alley, and stopping there blocks traffic and the tram. (Regarding noise, my room overlooked the alley but I did not find it to be noisy at all.)

We spent two nights at Palácio do V and, unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. Our room was located directly above the reception, making it very noisy with doors constantly slamming. The staff at the front desk were grumpy on arrival and unhelpful and rather unfriendly on departure.||The room itself was spacious but had a very clinical sterile atmosphere , with elements like a micro washbasin at hip height and an aluminium shower and no wardrobe . Overall The few elements were quite basic, mismatched, and lacked any sense of unicity in style. Cleaning was in some cases poor the curtains were dirty , the shower was not stable on the wall. The bed was very large and comfortable though.||Breakfast was abundant, but the food quality was disappointing. Most of it seemed to be cheap, industrial products rather than anything fresh or artisanal. The interior décor throughout the hotel was also rather confusing aside from the nice original wooden floor a kitch mix of old pieces, fake plants, and cheap furniture , in some cases more like a reproduction of pretentious baroc than an authentic, curated space.||Overall, we were disappointed, as we had expected a more charming, characteristic, and genuinely Portuguese experience.

Charming hotel with excellent service! The location was convenient for exploring Lisbon’s historic neighborhoods. Our room was cozy and quiet, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The staff’s friendly attitude made our trip even better. Great choice for a mid-range stay!

My family and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms, the beds, room service, views, and location were delightful. The service provided by Elena, Daniel, and Guilherme was impeccable. They make a fantastic team—very polite and dedicated. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, with a wonderfully sweet taste and an uplifting atmosphere. I will definitely return.

Amazingly beautiful hotel with very good service. I had a problem with AC where my room was switch to an amazing room quickly. Love the amazing coffee factory nearby and amazing coffee there. I just wish a bit more for vegan options but I am glad they tried to be accommodating and even fixed mushrooms for breakfast so they did their best. I wish scrambled tofu for a better vegan protein option in the future. Location is nice but it requires to go uphill usually but that’s Lisbon for you. Supermarkets such as my Auchan and Lidl was nearby as well as great vegan restaurants. I would definitely come here!! Big thanks to Sergio and Rita!
