Top marks for location, visual impact, cleanliness and room comfort.....low marks for atmosphere, service, food, maintenance services. Staff were mostly young and inexperienced and, although friendly and willing, lacked training and basic competencies. This was made worse by lack of supervision of management. Drinks and meals were difficult to obtain and it was luck if you got what was requested, due to lack of language translation. When we were there, there were only 3 out of 38 rooms occupied (4 people) and still the service was inadequate, although there were plenty of staff standing around with little to do. It took 3 days to get our broken room safe fixed, not a satisfactory situation.
