Palacio Salvetti Suites

We stayed here over Christmas. The suite was just as described on the website, spacious, comfortable and clean. We booked direct with the hotel so had daily cleaning foc.|The location is perfect for the beach, old town, restaurants etc.|Although there are lots of restaurants and bars on the street below and there were other people staying in the apartments it was amazingly quiet|Just one minor grumble - it would have been nice to have a couple more wineglasses

Wow - we stayed in Prussian Blue & it was incredible. From the earlier check in, the greeting & welcome to the apartment itself, everything was exceptional. Spotlessly clean, amazing en-suite, comfortable bed & fabulous location. The nicest place we have stayed in Alicante. We would love to return and highly recommend.

We enjoyed a three night stay at the Palacio. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed particularly good. A small issue with the heating was quickly sorted. The location is good with everything just a short walk away. We liked the security code required to enter the premises and room, however, we were contacted shortly before our stay by someone from India trying to get us to pay for our stay. Fortunately I was wise enough and spotted where the scammer originated from. Worryingly they had all the detail that I had used to book, and tried on a few occasions to worry me into paying. Some of the texts were from Cezch Republic. I contacted the apartment to advise them and they sent out a warning email to all customers, which was good, however it did seem that their systems might not be as secure as one would like. I did email and ask if there system were now secure, with no response! Just be careful.

Forget other hotels in Alicante, this former city palace is restored and designed with passion and love and all is truly stunning. The staff are amazing and super helpful. My tip: call the team and discuss which suite suits you best as they are different and beautiful (p.s. ask the staff about the 2 best suites on the 1st floor… you will not believe what you see). Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Lovely design inside Nespresso machine , large shower , good wifi But worst location ever . Busy street with tens of street bars and clubs ..hundreds of young people getting drunk , singing and shouting till 7am Despite being on the 3rd floor ..sleeping was impossible How can anyone open an hotel in that street ? Insane And that was in February ..without the Brits in summer

We booked Palacio Salvetti Suites last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment we had was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family of four. ||The location was ideal. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Outside the front door lots of restaurants and cafes.||Hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. ||Great place to stay

A true gem of a hotel in a thoughtfully converted historic urban mansion. Amazing suites and location. Very highly recommended.

Just stayed 2 nights for my birthday. This is the 3rd time we've stayed in this lovely building each time a different apartment, upto now the blue one is our favourite. I love reading all about the history of the building and who stayed here. |We went out for a walk opened the door and there was a lovely bottle of wine and balloons waiting for me on the table. Thank you so much made our stay complete.
