Just spent a few days in Valencia and the City is spectacular. This hotel is centrally located, offers all the amenities one would want. We were upgraded to their one and only suite and it was quite stunning. We do want to specifically recognize two employees that to us went above and beyond in every interaction we had with them and from what we could see it was consistent no matter which guest they interacted with. Geyser who worked the Breakfast area as the head Waiter. He was kind, patient, helpful and always happy! Jonathan who was the Bellman, great care with our luggage, provided us with some nice gifts which we found in our suite and most of all provided us with notes in a map of what we should see and visit. These two are the reason we give the review 5 stars!!!!!

We are Marriott titanium members and the hotel upgraded us to the most amazing suite, which was very unexpected. The hotel itself is lovely, it’s quirky, and feels very high end. Its location is perfect and feels very safe. All of these points would point to being a 5 star review but unfortunately a few points let this hotel down. We did arrive to the hotel late (around 1am), which is obviously on us for arriving late, but our hotel check-in experience was very slow. All our credit cards are on file so should’ve been a fast process but being asked for our passport details numerous times, manually charging a hold to our room etc etc made this check in around 15mins, late at night, this could’ve been made easier. Not a massive deal but just a room for improvement. The breakfast was a little lacklustre, nothing major but could do with a bit more love. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and we really loved our welcome gifts.

Favorite hotel during our travels in Spain. Spacious guest room, a beautiful bathroom, extra comfortable bed and cozy sitting area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a full buffet and hot meal meal menu. Wait staff was great, especially Geyser. Cristian and the other front desk employees gave us great advice about local food favorites and interesting sites to see. We highly recommend the Palacio Santa Clara.

This hotel has a special place in our hearts for many reasons. I would highly recommend this to everyone when visiting Valencia. The rooms all beautiful and well equipped, you can directly rent bikes, breakfast is really good, both a la cart as buffet and the location is perfect. We really like to roof terrace with the (small!) pool, but enough to cool you down and have a drink in the cute bar. Last but not least, the team is amazing, both professional as caring, with a special thanks to Alicia the manager, Jonathan & Gaiser for all your good care.

Fantastic stay at Palacio Santa Clara. As a Bonvoy Titanium member, I was really well looked after from start to finish. The hotel has a great central location, perfect for exploring Valencia, and the rooftop bar and pool add a really cool touch. A stylish property with excellent service — highly recommended.

As a Marriott Gold Members, I stayed a four nights in september 2025. The location is simply perfect for numerous activities in town. The breakfast options are excellent and the breakfast crew is doing an amazing job every morning. The reason I gave 4 stars out of five is the little issues during the stay: - only 4 lounge chairs available at the rooftop pool, making it impossible to sit on a lounge chair - numerous times it’s smelling sewer in the hotel, room, elevator - one monday night, they had a private event on the roof making very loud music until 11pm preventing sleep. In general, it’s a nice hotel but details need to be improve to be a 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The location was absolutely perfect—convenient, central, and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options that set the tone for the day. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and professional—always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We also loved the hotel’s design and atmosphere. The decor was stylish and thoughtfully curated. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is superb. From the minute you arrive the staff from front of house, catering and housekeeping are friendly, efficient and care about making your stay exceptional. Combined with excellent sized room with incredible air conditioning and a rooftop pool and cocktail bar this hotel has it all. And the location 5 minutes walk from the train station and in the old town with everything within walking distance. The front of house staff also made some fantastic recommendations and were only to happy to help. It is unusual to find a hotel that is exceptional in every way. This hotel is faultless.
