First learned about this house from an article on the Hungarian architect Antti Lovag, and I thought it was a wild looking house that defies convention, but the setting made it a masterpiece that blends into the hillside with dramatic views out to the sea. Also it may have been the first time I saw an infinity edge pool. The entrance gates are stunning and you can just barely make out the rooftop of the home. Now a private residence, I don't know if public events are held any longer at the home's amphitheatre. Originally built for a French businessman, the house is better known as the weekend home of Pierre Cardin until recently. Weekend or year round house, will make you feel you're perpetually on vacation. If you have a chance, hire a helicopter and you'll be able to fly close to this spectacular property.
