One of the best Riad during our vacation. Room was big, staff were welcoming. The terrasse and interior design were absolutely gorgeous. We would’ve loved to spend more than 1 night here. Would definitely recommend, especially since the price was more than reasonable for this quality.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and truly did their best to help us, which we really appreciated. However, the room itself was a major letdown. While spacious, the room was extremely damp – so much so that just sitting on the bed left you feeling damp. There was a constant musty smell, and nothing ever dried properly. To make matters worse, the room had a serious cockroach problem. We had to remove both half-dead and dead cockroaches ourselves, which was far from pleasant. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work at all. The staff promised us a new room the next day, but that never happened. Instead, they brought us a fan and eventually offered a 50% discount on the stay. It’s thanks to their kindness and the partial refund that this review is three stars and not lower – because the actual conditions were far from acceptable. Additionally, the room was very poorly soundproofed. We were woken up early every morning due to noise from the hallway and breakfast, which made it difficult to rest properly. It’s worth mentioning that the hotel itself is quite beautiful, with charming decor and a lovely setting – but unfortunately, the room experience overshadowed that.

Me and my friend came to Marrakech for the first time, and we could not be more happy with this riad! from the start we were made to feel so welcome, we arrived a few hours early and the staff let us relax downstairs and up on the roof top, even brought us some tea over while we waited. the room itself was gorgeous, so much space and a lovely view of the pool. every time we came back from a day out the room had been re set and we had been provided with fresh towels, and new oil in the burners so it always smelled lovely. the staff are all so friendly and the riad feels very safe, out of the way of the majority of the street life but theres a few shops a couple of minutes away if you need to buy bottled water or snacks. 100% would recommend, thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!

On arrival you enter an oasis from the heat and noise of the Marrakech Medina. But no-one introduces themselves, as you handover your personal data. We are leaving more tired than when we arrived. |As previous reviews demonstrate, downstairs is noisy, not because of the pool area, but because of the cats and the front door going off through the night. We answered the door twice as staff didn't. |The cats fought in the middle of the night waking everyone. One cat howls throughout, every evening. |The staff are universally lovely, polite welcoming and accommodating. |Our air con rattled through the night, so if you are a light sleeper you need ear plugs. Beds are comfortable. The towel rail is broken and although they gove you bottled water, you have to ask for glasses. The room our children were in had flakes of paint on the pillows 2 nights in a row, the ly decided to paint it, but no alternative room was offered. The next morning there was a leak from the roof onto the bed. Not apology until we made a fuss. We decided to leave early because it was far from restful. We were offered a 5% discount. |One morning, no-one was around to offer breakfast. It is a lovely place but unfortunately our experience was poor.

We loved this riad from the first moment. as soon as we arrived they welcomed us with tea and cookies (everything was delicious). Our room was also lovely but the best part of our stay was with no doubt the staff, everyone was so friendly and so helpful, with a big smile waiting for you! We had the breakfast which was also very good. We had a massage and an hammam that we loved. We even decide to have lunch 3 times at the Riad and food was delicious! We are gonna come back here next time in Marrakesh!

Such a nice experience! The guys have been so nice with us, helped with everything. Breakfast was delicious, the massage very good, and they also organized a trip to Essaouira for us :-) Perfect place as a calm refugee from the craziness of the square. They also have a very nice Cat :-)

Stayed here for 3 nights after staying in Marrakesh for 4 days already.||This riad’s location is good, much quieter than other areas of the medina. And less intense which make a nice change from our previous riad. But it is quite a wee walk (25 mins or so) from jemaa el fna square just to note. ||We stayed in the Essaouira room (junior suite), an upstairs room. It was spacious. The room was quite dark inside due to lack of outside windows but that was fine, nice bedside lights. The shower was superb, good temperature and pressure. Bath also available. Very soft bed…||There is a pool downstairs (we didn’t swim, not warm enough) and a rooftop with seats and sun loungers. Both areas are lovely. Rooftop provides views of High Atlas Mountains. ||The whole Riad is very ascetically pleasing! You can tell a lot of work goes into maintaining it so full credit to all staff. ||Breakfast was included & was nice, traditional Moroccan. Fresh fruit was dlish! There was an option to order food in their restaurant for lunch or dinner but we didn’t. ||We booked an airport transfer through the Riad which was very efficient! €15 one way.

The staff were very friendly, always smiling and happy to help you, the room was large and the riad is beautifully decorated. I loved the sunroof which is a nice feature.
