Palais Rhoul & Spa

We had to stop here due to having some issues with our driver and villa. I wanted to take the time to say how fantastic all the staff were in accommodating us for dinner as well as liaising with our villa host. I unfortunately did not get the name of the hostess but she was unbelievable and should really be commended for her work. She was a lady with a French accent and she was fantastic. The food was superb too, I recommend the lamb tagine (the slow cooked shank over the regular lamb) as it was eqsquisite. Will be staying here next time were in Marrakesh, 100%.

Palais Rhoul is not only the most beautiful setting, the team that work here are so kind and willing to make everything possible and perfect during your stay. We have been completely blown away by Palais Rhoul. We had a private event here and a special mention to Soukaina who was incredible at bringing our dreams to reality. Palais Rhoul is the most beautiful place we have been fortunate enough to stay at and it will now forever be a very special place for us and we cannot wait to visit again. Le Palais Rhoul and Spa is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. From the moment we arrived we felt surrounded by beauty, calm, and a sense of luxury that is never loud or excessive, just deeply refined. The architecture, the gardens, the hammam, the attention to every detail: it all created a nice atmosphere that made us slow down and enjoy our stay. Every time I come to Marrakesh, I will try to stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous jewel in the outskirts of Marrakech. Fabulous architecture, exquisite cuisine and extraordinary staff.

Friendly and professional staff welcome you in a lovely and unique setting.|The pool is a central feature with many of the rooms around it.|Dinner was good also, on the terrace overlooking the pool.|This is a great location if you want to be away from it all. Yet, only 20 or so minutes from the airport.

Bad experience, want to offer luxury without the according service. People not happy to work, not helping. Nothing outside, No laundry, No menu for meals and room service, no cash available (not working)

I captured a stunning wedding here last week, what an amazing venue! The staff were wonderful and the gardens, pool and palace was just gorgeous. I got to stay in one of the rooms and it was perfect, highly recommended.
