Rooms were tidy and nice. The hotel administrator was very welcoming, too. Can't say anything bad about the stay. They had a spa in their hotel and it was very nice. Only one thing we had a bit of trouble was they restaurant. The staff seems unfriendly and uninformative. There were dirty forks and knives at the table we ate and took a coffee cup with dirty edges, so we had to change it. But food was well delivered and tasty, looking pretty. I recommend this place but the restaurant could be nicer.

We had a nice big room. Everything was clean. Breakfast had a good choice, and we all enjoyed it. Would stay again.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel very disappointed with the room accommodations, it only gets cleaned late noon early evening, spa is only accessible in the early hours of the day restaurant staff extremely rude, always make you feel unwelcome as if they are doing you a favor. They attempted to scam me and charge for parking which i was never made aware of upon check in, not to mention they tried to insinuate that i had something to do with taking an old bath robe😂😂!!!

5 minutes 🚶‍♀️from the sea, delicious food in restaurant Kopa Kopa (10% is applied if you stay in hotel, need to say for stuff as they not very much interested on discounts for guests), spa 15€ for limited time (18-20 pm) or free in mornings 8-12, basic rooms, very nice stuff in reception. BTW car parking is for free when is no season or 4€ per day in hotel parking lots. Usually you can find free space during autumn-winter in the street next to hotel doors. They are welcome for furry friends 😁

Stayed for 3 nights and was glad I chose this hotel. Spacious, clean and warm room, very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent location, near beach, Birutes park just across the street, all main visiting places are near. Great breakfast. As for parking, there were two options: free parking on the street (winter season) or paid parking in the hotel's yard. In season summer street parking is also paid. Would come again.

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, room was clean. SPA zone is small but very comfortable (jacuzzi, small swimming pool, three saunas). For Hotel visitors SPA is available at the morning...

Worth 4*. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and restaurant. Big rooms with even bigger and very comfortable beds. Heated floor in the bathroom. Robes and slippers provided too. Great choice of treatments in SPA. Swimming pool, 2 saunas and jacuzzi very much enjoyed, especially when booked just for our party. Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice hotel in city centre near the park and sea. Very clean, beautiful and newly renovated room with all needed perks as slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, etc. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast, possibility to visit sauna (was included into room price).
