Palapa at Upper Biena Vista in Miami felt like a cute small village of shops and restaurants.
The Candlelight Consert inside Palapa was decorated with candles, of course, however, I would've liked to have seen a lot more candles. It was fresh inside as they had very large fans going. The seating was varied. Their were couches, all styles, high top tables, and regular tables. It was cozy. There were people dressed up and dressed down.
When the concert started, the fans were shut off, and that's when I felt the mosquitoes even with repellent on. The staff was attentive. The meñu was very, very limited. I got a drink from the shops. The parking is also very limited. I ended up parking 2 streets down in a residential zone. They have valet service if you want to drop $$.
I'll definitely be going to see more Candlelight concerts in the future.
