Very good location and a guest parking with access control. I was presently surprised by the size of the room! Everything I'd need was available, a large working space, a meeting table, a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also generous of space and it included a bidet. Breakfast was somewhat simple but without any remarks. Not really stylish, even old fashioned, but yet completely satisfying hotel. Overall I had a great experience. I'd be glad to stay here again.

This hotel is very tired with no updates. The beds were uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. It was disappointing to see very little fresh fruit. The 4 peaches that were there were very bruised and brown. We stayed one night as a pass through the country, so it was fine for this purpose.

This hotel offers well equipped, clean, spacious rooms. It is centrally located but conveniently positioned in a quiet street. It is at a walking distance from the Historical Museum “Iskra” and the Rose Garden. They offer free car parking just few metres from the same hotel. The breakfast buffet is varied and of a good quality. Kind and helpful staff.

We just had an organised group dinner. Very good food. We didn't stay in.

Bad luck, when we arrived at the hotel, all streets around were in work. Even the place is quiet, the view around was not very pleasant. Rooms are clean. Our bathroom was freshly painted and renewed and it was top. But the furniture are somewhat tired and outdated. The wallpaper was peeling in many places and nothing was really rigth (television, picture on the wall, door clinch,...). Even if outside the area was quiet, we had to suffer our noisy neighbors for a good part of the night. At the breakfast, the waiter was not the more pleasant when i asked him for a hot chocolate. So i had to choose another drink. We had a poor choose of pastries. So for a single night ok but no more.

Great value for money, beautiful rooms with everything you need, good WiFi and free parking, good location (walking distance from everything in town) a perfect place to stay when visiting the region.

The Palas Hotel is super clean and well maintained. The decor is dated but very comfortable. Breakfast was OK but served in a very dark area and the food kept being brought out to the buffet by stages so it was annoying. The last thing they bought out was a delicious Russian potato salad but by then I could only taste it since I was too full to enjoy a regular portion. There was some noise from other rooms which eventually quieted down. We were in a quiet corner so street noise was not a problem. The New York Pub about a 5 minute walk away was great!

So clean and it has an iron in every room! Best place in the city!
