Hello sir (a review i saw by kurt damelo)
I’ve read your review, and as someone who has attended many of the classes and courses here, I wanted to share my perspective. I’ve personally gotten to know several of the chefs, including Chef Kogi and Chef Lynette. I’m 15 years old and have taken both teen and adult classes, and in my experience, the teaching has always been professional and respectful.
From what I’ve seen, any corrections made in class are done quickly and clearly, as mistakes can affect others working nearby. These corrections are focused on learning and improvement, not criticism, and I’ve never witnessed them being delivered rudely to anyone.
Cooking classes can be fast-paced and sometimes demanding, as they are designed to help students improve their skills rather than simply offer praise. For those open to feedback, they can be a very valuable learning experiences if you cannont handle the pressure of criticism learn in your own time instead of taking culinary classes
Ive always enjoyed these classes!!
