Palau Central Hotel

Overall very nice stay, wonderful room and great nights rest, pool could be larger, but nice area 9.3/10. Hotel was very clean and rooms appeared recently updated. Stayed on the second floor and had a view of downtown and could just see the water.  Had nice shower, good temperature and pressure. Stayed in king size bed and it was one of the best beds I've slept in, very comfortable with really soft sheets. Floor was not carpet and clean. Had water available and fridge. Restaurant downstairs was fairly good, mushroom pizza was my favorite. They had a very small pool with fake grass around it, but very nice ambiance with waterfall, loungers and mountain view. Very relaxing and peaceful. Overall very nice place to stay, but would consider more quaint then luxurious. Staff was very kind and remembered me. They had an airport shuttle for my late night flight and it was cheaper than a taxi.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was at the hotel for a week and the staff was great. Super friendly and always ready to help with any of my questions. The room was clean and nice. It's a good location in town as well. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. If you are looking for a good spot in town to stay, this is it.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Koror, with most restaurants, cafes, and government offices just a short walk away. Don’t take my word for it—Google it! 📍 Funny story: My Technical Team and I were originally booked elsewhere but were relocated here last minute due to overbooking. We were a little disappointed at first—but turns out, it was a blessing in disguise! We ended up loving our stay. Why? ✔️ Super friendly staff ✔️ Free breakfast—simple but filling ✔️ Coffee station in the dining area with free bikkies ☕🍪 ✔️ The Canoe Bar downstairs is the social spot in town—packed most evenings with locals and visitors alike. ✔️ Great food, quirky decor, casual bar games, and… those massive jugs of #TropicAle! 🍺 (Guilty as charged!) If I come back to Palau, I’d stay here again without a second thought.

We stayed at Palau Central Hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay.||The hotel is in a great location and our room was a good size with a really comfortable bed and a great view. But it was the amazing staff who made our stay so wonderful. They made us feel really welcome when checking in and were so helpful during our stay, evening helping to arrange a hire car so we could visit other parts of the island. ||I would also recommend the Canoe House Bar & Grill attached to the hotel as a great place to grab a drink or have a meal.||We're so glad we stayed at this hotel for our stay.

Pretty good bed, mediocre breakfast, attached bar Canoe House is real good. BUT, they didn’t alert in advance of the POOL CLOSING. They just closed WITHOUT ANY WARNING, ruining my last day in Palau and thus the whole stay in this hotel. The good services are all in vain for handling amenities in such an awful way.

The hotel was wonderful. We were only there for a day, but it was a great place to stay before our early morning flight. Clean rooms. Spacious bathroom and shower. The staff was so nice. The Canoe House is attached to the hotel and was a terrific place to have meals.

From booking to check out the staff at Palau Central were impeccable including airport pick up, transport arrangements to restaurants, room turnover, and the wonderful free breakfast with made-to-order eggs. The room was beautiful and spacious with a patio to enjoy the outdoors. We also rented a car for one day direct from the hotel which was a quick and smooth process. Finally, have to mention the connected Canoe House and Central Spa which were wonderful for live entertainment and some relaxation.

My friend and I stayed here for 10 nights and it was fantastic. Very comfortable room with a very comfy bed! Love the balcony and it's spacious enough. Location is strategic and easy to walk to eateries. Supermarket is just opposite. They have free shuttle within Koror as well, which to us is the selling point as we can't drive. They also have a popular restaurant below called Canoe House, fun place to hang. Staff were friendly too. Would highly recommend!
