I took the bus from EliLai at about 3:27 in the afternoon. It drove to supercenter, stop for seconds and head to the capitol. The long drive is about 35-45 minutes one way. If you gonna riding bus back to EliLai, prepare for the long ride like 2 hours without toilet. The capitol building is beautiful, and the garden is huge and well maintained. Bus fee is 1 dollar for one way.

Went during the week, so the Executive and Legislative building were open. It was amazing that we could walk around where ever we wanted. Beautiful grounds. When you go you gotta try the echo pavilions out back, sign the President's guest book, and knock on the pillars.

Really shocking to see a sight like this in the location its in. A pristine and honored capital building. Nicer than most I've ever seen

A visit here evokes numerous questions: Why does such a small country need such a vast government complex? Where is everyone? How is there no security? What's sure is this is a must-see attraction in Palau. Visitors can tour the rotunda, featuring photos of past presidents and notable historical events, and the courtyard.

the slightly smaller White House, which was built after the White House in Washington. The government is also in this building
