Palau Pacific Resort

This resort was amazing, the accommodation was fantastic and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly, particularly, Joe, Heather and Elizabeth. The crystal blue water at your front door as well as a swimming pool. Lots of water equipment to hire at a reasonable price, snorkel masks, paddle boards and canoes etc. The food was fresh and beautifully cooked and available from 6am to 9.30pm at the restaurant or beach bar. Plenty of fresh drinking water and extras. The staff greet upon arrival and the holiday begins.

We are not the guests here, just here for lunch. However the restaurant attendant told us in a very rude manner that we can't take photos at the beach and the pool. I've never seen the restaurant staff with such an attitude, what did she mean by 'remove by security guards?' , we are not doing something criminal here,just taking some photos shouldn't trigger such a big warning. We accept the friendly reminder but not such a serious warning ⚠️, this is very disappointing, will never come here again, good luck with having more guests here bearing such an attitude here.

Our stay at Palau Pacific Resort was truly magical — this place is paradise on Earth. Peaceful, welcoming, and unforgettable.||From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the exceptional hospitality. Every team member we met — from the front desk (Corind, Kali, Jojit, Rolel, Leong, Akio) to housekeeping (thank you, Alice!) — was warm, kind, and attentive. Everyone greeted us with smiles and heartfelt care.||The food was simply outstanding. Breakfasts were fresh and diverse, and every dish throughout the day — whether seafood, steaks, lamb, or Asian cuisine — was perfectly prepared. Our dinner by the ocean was especially unforgettable — both the flavors and the romantic setting. Huge thanks to Chef Johnny, and our wonderful servers — Leanie, Dinana, Corrine, Duane, and Jonathan. And to the amazing bar team — Heather, Elithabet, and Darlace — thank you for the delicious drinks and fun, friendly chats.||The resort's amenities were everything we dreamed of: a clean, quiet beach, clear ocean water for snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding, a beautiful pool, and a cozy hot tub — which was magical to relax in while it rained.||But what made our stay truly unforgettable was our wedding — organized with so much care, love, and deep respect for tradition. We are forever grateful to General Manager Lusy, our incredible wedding organizer Jenes and his assistant Surs, and the wise and kind Rey, who performed the traditional Palauan ceremony. The beach was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and greenery. We received stunning handmade flower leis, were dressed in traditional wedding costumes, and I was lovingly helped into mine. The moment I walked to the sound of the conch shell — it was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you to Teruo and Meshak for your warm presence at the wedding and for the amazing coconut oil workshop, which connected us even more with Palauan culture.||We were also deeply touched by a very special gift from the hotel — a handcrafted wooden artwork illustrating a Palauan legend, personalized with our names. It was beautiful and meaningful beyond words.||Special thanks as well to Hidetaka Sudamori and Karen from Sales, and our talented photographer Nishide, who captured every magical moment.||To everyone at Palau Pacific Resort — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 12 days at PPR the staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Stayed in overwater bungalow 2001. Super clean great view and everything you could need. Excellent 🤿 right out front. It’s just not real private as everyone on the beach can see you on your deck. A small lattice wall would have been nice. Breakfast was the best included with our room. Other food was good just no seasonings, just kind of bland. Grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of paths for walking Kayaking and SUP available. We rented a car and ventured out to see the country. So incredibly clean and lust

We stayed in both the water bungalow and the pool villa, and I have to say I much preferred the pool villa—having your own private pool is such a game-changer. The scenery throughout the resort was absolutely stunning, truly a paradise. That said, the room itself felt a bit dated, and the bed and pillows were on the firmer side, which made it less comfortable than I hoped. Service was just basic—not bad, but nothing special either. Overall, the location and views made the stay memorable, but there’s definitely room for improvement in comfort and hospitality.

We stayed in a Pond Villa , beautiful room , very private and quiet.|Bed comfortable, towels soft , bathroom amazing , private pool gorgeous, loads of outdoor area.|Housekeeping always great - never saw them!|Best thing was the house reef , snorkeling amazing , fish amazing , clams amazing ,water warm and no current.|I hope they take care of it.|Beach always clean and lots of it, new deck chairs would be good.|Restaurant left a little to be desired, food was good - not great , service very slow.|I think it was Helen at the beach bar was amazing, cocktails great, always a smile, she is an asset.|Pick up and drop off good , reception always friendly and helpful.

The room was average and didn't feel worth the price. The view was also mediocre or even worse than Fiji. The service staff at the hotel were particularly rude. Bikinis are not allowed in the restaurant and if you are not a tenant don't come to eat in the restaurant, you are not allowed to go anywhere but the restaurant!!!!

First time in Palau and it couldn’t be more perfect.|I stayed at a beautiful bungalow at Palau Pacific Resort and was warmly welcomed by the kindest staff—always smiling and so friendly.||I joined the Rock Island 1-day tour, and the nature was stunning—so pure and unique. ||The PMA flight aerial tour of the islands gave me the most incredible view from above that was awe inspiring!||Big thanks to the PPR team for making my birthday unforgettable: a private beach dinner with a dedicated waiter, a live chef cooking by the sea, and a surprise pnk cake with a birthday serenade . Truly heartwarming. 💕||Thank you for this trip one I will never forget.
