Palau Plantation Resort

Amazing place! This is not just a hotel — it’s a magical place where you truly become part of nature. You can hear birds and natural sounds all day long. It’s absolutely divine! In the morning, you enjoy your coffee on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. The interior of each room is designed in a natural style using organic materials. I personally stayed several times in the second-floor cabins with a lagoon view. They also organize kayaking, and there is a warm jacuzzi available.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff and great service. Received an upgrade to a different room as the air-conditioning stopped working. Lovely lush gardens surrounding the hotel grounds woth pool and jacuzzi. Easy enough to get around by foot to the National Museum and a short walk tonthe main shopping centre and some restaurants. Recommended stay!

Had a wonderful stay in Palau Plantation Resort. Everything just like in the other comments. Would definitely recommend it, if you want a quiet place to stay (only downside is that it is inside the village, and further away from the main city. You cannot really walk to the main city, because there are some big dogs on the way and you have to be careful).

Staff were super friendly - flights to Palau are typically ultra late affairs. Their airport pickup was a nice guy and they let me check in for the extra late night free of charge. They also let me stay in my room til 3:30pm on day of flight again no extra charge. Also had laundry available - Didnt matter how much for 7 usd only. Some night I was going to be in the cabin and some in the cottage but they upgraded me to cottage as it was available again free of charge and staff at the desk told me all the info about where to eat and how to get to places. I highly recommend this place - it’s one of the more economical resorts as well - super place and people

My Partner & I had 8 nights here recently, the staff are super lovely. We had a hire car so location suited us. We seemed to be the only guests but everywhere was quiet. Would stay here again!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It feels like people miss this one, because it’s not directly “downtown”, but it’s close and in exchange you get to be in a jungle oasis with amazing bungalows. The pleasant walk downtown is only 10-15 min, a taxi around Koror is $5, and most activities here are picking you up and dropping you off anyway. The island vibes here are amazing. The beautiful a frame bungalows are spacious with good A/C, nice bathrooms, and private balconies looking to the jungle. The pool area is spacious and along another big balcony, and there’s even a hot tub overlooking that. There’s a beautiful restaurant and pool bar that aren’t operational right now but I’m sure would be if there were higher guest volume. And then there’s another whole bar/restaurant that is open and has good food. And all of that doesn’t even begin to mention the amazing hospitality. The team here wears many hats so sometimes you need to wander briefly to find desk staff, but they are so helpful. I had many hiccups with my booking (all on my end) and they worked with them all in such a laid back and friendly way. They made my stay amazing by being so helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend this place enough (at least to those who want clean quiet private jungle luxury in exchange for very minor inconveniences).

Phenomenal stay at Palau Plantation Resort! This hotel is what I like to call quiet luxury, offering visitors something unique compared to your typical resort. It is so peaceful and beautiful, they have hibiscus flowers everywhere, a nice pool and jacuzzi, plus awesome views of the jungle. Staff here are incredible, so kind and willing to help with everything. They will provide you transportation to and from the airport as well as to places around the city. I felt very at home here and well taken care of, book with Plantation, you won't regret it!

My wife and I had a great stay at Plantation Resort! The staff were all very lovely and accommodating. We ate breakfast every morning, and happened to be the only ones there each day. The resort was quiet, and the management gave us a free room upgrade, which was appreciated. We liked the traditional timber and thatch huts.
