Palawan Beach

Beautiful beach with lots of activities for kids and adults. We walked through to the Southernmost point of Asia. The view was awesome. This is a full day activity and it is also kids friendly. Kids could swim, play with other kids at the beach and have fun. It was a highlight of our visit

Palawan Beach is a relaxing spots in Sentosa. The beach is extremely clean, family-friendly and well maintained. The suspension bridge to the southernmost point of continental Asia is a must-visit and offers amazing views. Plenty of seating areas, soft sand and calm water make it perfect for a peaceful day. Highly recommend spending a few hours here!

Great beautiful beach with 10+ kids facilities. However not properly maintained. I expected that there would be around the clock cleaning activities for debris however it’s not the case. Some of it was plastic so it’s not acceptable

My friend and I spent a few hours trying to get to this beach from the hustle that we were staying at and once we finally got there we got a drink and sat by the water and then jumped in actually almost immediately after few minutes then the rain started pouring and everything was super windy, but regardless it was a wonderful time.

Great palace if like quiet and cool. Wavea are cool. Undwr the trees sitting on syone gives extra enjoyment and refreshment. Blue waters definitely break everybodys heart. Love this palace.

The scenery is majestic..Palm trees white sand and beautiful view.. Unfortunately the water is polluted by the huge amount of ships and we couldn't risk to swim.. The beach is easily accessible by the free ride sentosa shuttle

Spent the evening with friends. Eating options available. Can enjoy wings of time fireworks from outside at 8 pm

I highly recommend this beach. Its beautiful,clean and you can either swim Or go paddle boarding!

Not as pretty as the beaches in Palawan, Philippines but still a nice place to visit in Sentosa. Walk by the sandy beach and follow the path that'll lead you to a hanging bridge that is made securely with wooden planks and think ropes. I was initially concerned that it might swing a lot but to my surprise, it was stable enough to get an easy passage across and reach an island which is dubbed as "the southernmost point of continental Asia". In the island are two cottages with stairs leading you to a vantage view of the entire beach. After enjoying the views, you can roam freely in other parts of the island or perhaps go for a swim. We didn't know we could do so and we failed to bring swim suits. Nevertheless, we still very much enjoyed the place. At the time of our visit, we didn't know that it was family day and coincidentally a spartan race was being held. That was an added bonus attraction during our visit.

An island that is fun to visit. sentosa. There is also the sea. You can enjoy it without swimming. I like the atmosphere.

Family friend beach. Super fun bc right off the shore is an island you can either swim to or walk across via an old school foot bridge. The beach is very clean as well as with many things in Singapore.

Holy mother of pearl, public transport to Sentosa Island...in particular Palawan Beach is such a journey! It's a complete clusterfart of inconvenience, but read on to get the SHORTEST/cheap way to get here. We planned to either see Siloso or Palawan Beach during our vacation in Singapore, and we honestly didn't do enough planning with public transportation to get there. But we assumed that it was going to be a much smaller island than it turned out to be. Basically, we took a Hilton-esque mini bus (MRT ez-link card approved) to Vivo City, walked towards the signs that said "TO THE BEACH." By this time it was too early for dinner (around 4PM), so we decided to buy a boba from Gong Cha, and enjoy the beach/late tanning time/sunset, before returning to Vivo City for dinner. That was our original plan... But a few wrong buses later, we ended up at Sentosa Cove, which on the map..totally looks walkable. BUT once you get to the Island IRL, everything is like a giant Jurassic Park. So no. Stick to the buses. We waited forever at this stop--different buses passed by like #1 and a few smaller hotel buses, but all of them told us with sad faces that they were not going towards Palawan. Some taxis also drove by, but around 5:30PM, we were starting to give up on our beach plan. Thankfully, the kind lady driver of Bus #3 finally made it to the Cove, and we were blessed with basically a private beach. The photos will explain it all. Also, beware...once the sun goes down, mosquitoes WILL attack. We were at the beach until the sun set, and since it seemed like we were also the only ones who weren't staying at the resort, we were the unfortunate ones waiting for the #3 bus to take us back to Vivo City! Pro Tip: The #3 bus takes 30 minutes to arrive once the previous one leaves, but sometimes it's early and other times it's late depending on the traffic of passengers. We didn't have to wait 30 total, However, don't let the waiting of the buses or the warning of mosquitoes dissuade you from coming here. This was one of our TOP 3 highlights...and there's a reason why it's the best beach...since all the other buses easily access Siloso, Palawan has got to be much cleaner and quieter.

The Southernmost point of continental Asia is located here! Although Sentosa Island itself was a little bit of a letdown, Palawan Beach was quite nice. Kudos to my travel companion for suggesting this place over the other beaches. We saw a funny little outdoor exercise equipment on the walk there and of course had to play a little bit on it. :) The sand was soft, and the sea was pretty. Later I was told that the sand was imported from neighboring countries, but I didn't know that when I was there. I guess the whole beach was fake and man-made, but it was still really nice. Especially amazing to fly in from Switzerland just days before and dip our feet into the warm water on a winter evening! Craziness. You can walk across a rope and plank bridge to get to the southernmost point. There you can climb up two hut-like structures for a nice view over the beach. Some of the palm trees on the beach had xmas lights strung on them, which was a bit weird yet pretty at the same time. After 4 winters in Switzerland, the concept of a warm xmas is still foreign to me. There are shuttles to take you across the island, but the line we wanted took FOREVER to get there. And when it did, there was no place to sit, so we had to walk in a poorly-lit and poorly-signed area. Lost, hot, tired, and bitten by bugs, it wasn't a pleasant hike back to civilization. :(

While not the Palawan in the Philippines, this was a good getaway from our getaway during our time in Singapore. Just a 10-15 minute drive from the middle of the city was the beach. I had previously read that Sentosa is very commercialized and overcrowded, and to a point that is true when you look around the train station area. A Coffee Bean and ticket gate greet you, but after walking away from that area, you see the beaches quite quickly. Great for a relaxing couple of hours away from the high rise buildings in the city, the beach was not crowded when I went there (late January). The weather was perfect, and the water was warm. Only downside would have to be looking out over the water and seeing the multiple tankers. A great getaway. Soft sand and warm waters.

This was our favorite part of Singapore! The southern most pointed of Asia is a cool area to check out. If you walk down a bit down the beach there is more beach seating with restaurants who can bring you food and drink to your beach chairs! We relaxed for hours on this beach. Absolutely recommend!!

Having lived in "Asia" for most of my life, visiting Palawan Beach felt kind of like a landmark achievement for me. The beach area is actually the Southernmost point of Continental Asia. And by that it means that this is the southernmost you can get in Asia by road. How cool is that! Records aside, the beach is tiny but feels very homely. Even in a peak touristy season, it didn't seem overly crowded. The waters of the Singapore Strait are warm and gentle, the kind where you'd just like to lie down and float. There is an awesome (and scary) suspension bridge that connects the beach to a watch tower like structure from where you can get a nice view of the entire Sentosa Island. Be careful when you get on the bridge. It shakes a lot! If you are in Sentosa Island and want a break from the hustle and bustle of amusement parks, Palawan Beach might be a nice spot to check out.

Beach was very nice and clean! Plenty of room for the kids to play.
