A fantastic stay with incredibly friendly staff. An excellent location and the breakfast was superb each morning. Parking was really easy. It's away from the hotel but with the card you can come and go from the parking lot as you wish.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The **location is absolutely amazing**, offering easy access to all the key attractions and amenities in the area. The **staff members were incredibly supportive** and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The **room was excellent**, well-appointed, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

A stunningly beautiful hotel, right in the old town of Siena. The outside is bluff and unprepossessing, and the hassle of dropping bags and parking a long way away is a faff but good god the hotel is beautiful. You feel as if you really are on a film set. |Sylvia on reception could not have been more helpful, and the breakfast buffet was equally lovely. For us a lovely end to a great Italian break.

Perfect location, excellent welcome, you feel at home or at friends. In such a place full of history, authentic, I am not in agreement with the modern furniture, but it's a matter of taste. Great place, we will use again.

Such a great hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and quality fittings. The breakfast was the best we’ve had of the 7 hotels we’ve stayed at in Tuscany. Great location too, very central. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A very charming hotel, very friendly staff, terrific breakfast and excellent location. I do not have any complaints whatsoever and would definitely return if ever in Siena again. The building itself, on the inside, is also very cool and inviting.

We booked this hotel after cancelling our other hotel where the nightly rate was 3x more. This property includes wifi, breakfast, 20€ parking discount (via QR code), tiny refrigerator, honour bar in the lobby, coffee, tea, water in the lobby as well (no charge). |Breakfast includes yogurts & a variety of toppings, fresh fruits, pastries, toast, cold cuts, small sandwiches, fresh juice, coffees, teas, hard boiled eggs, jams, etc. |The room itself is small, but ours had an upstairs area with a desk & small sofa & view of the duomo. Overall good room if you plan on being out more than in. The lighting is dim & room temp can get quite warm. You can open the window, but the street gets quite loud. Lots of outlets to charge your electronics. No proper closets, there are a variety of lockers used for storage (incl a safe). |Bathroom includes washcloths along with other towels, shampoo & shower gel (no conditioner), body lotion, vanity kits, etc. Bathroom was quite small & no counter space. Toilet paper holder was in a weird spot. |TIP- beware of using the stairs from the common area to the 1st floor rooms. They are extremely uneven and not level. ||Hotel location is ideal. Study the map because the GPS takes you up and down 2 streets to get to Bianchi Di Sopra, when all we really had to do was turn left out of the hotel & walk straight along Via Dei Rossi to get to Bianchi Di Sopra (no uphill/downhill). TIP- Getting here— if you are driving (arrive during daylight, it’s much easier to navigate-roads are VERY narrow, signs are hard to make out at night & lighting is minimal), it’s easier to park in the town parking lots & carry your bags to the hotel (try to minimize what you need to bring if you can). It’s just over a km walk and you can take the escalators (there are several sets) UP. Walking down from the hotel to parking is much easier than walking up because of the incline & you don’t need to take the escalators back down unless you want to. (There is no hotel parking & you can only park for a few minutes when checking in. The road is very narrow.) The hotel will provide you with a 20€ parking viscount via a QR code when you checkout. Otherwise, parking is approx 35€ per day. The parking is underground with a street level floor where you enter/exit & can park. TIP- don’t park at street level in the lot. |The front desk staff are very friendly and intuitive. They HUSTLE!! They work hard to look after everyone. The check in, check out, breakfast and all times in between were excellent experiences. They are pleasant, patient and helpful.
