What a fantastic stay! Me and my wife were celebrating our first year wedding anniversary and decided (last minute) to visit Puglia. We were truly lucky to find this place, and Caroline (host/owner). A 4-story beautiful townhouse that has been carefully curated with great interior design. Everything was spotless. The location is unbeatable, you can walk anywhere and parking can be easily found. Besides the great place and location, a super value-add is Caroline. She is a super host and will help you accommodate in the best places. Her network and expertise in the area will make your visit 10 times better than if you would be by your own. We are so happy with the overall experience that we will plan to come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

I spent 6 nights in September as a solo traveller in this fabulous palazzo. Great, great xperience! Caroline is a phantastic host, very caring at any time, trust her amazing tips for beaches & restaurants. The three story palazzo is located centrally at the corner of the main plaza in this calm town. The historic three-story building is renovated and furnished incredibly with highest (german?) standards. The rooftop terrace gives you views over the town down to the sea - the perfect place for my morning coffee and evening yoga hours. As a design and architecture lover i could not have had any better place to stay! A true treasure! Thank you Caroline, keep doing what you do, wunderbar!

“When we first stumbled upon this Palazzino , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Caroline is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The design is upbeat but flows with the style of the ancient Palazzino. The rooftop gives you a view on the coastal area and is comfortably for two people chilling out on the sunbed. The location is just perfect; close to the city centre of a sleepy yet vibrant Italian town and full of nice shops. The host is very easily to be reached and reacts promptly and adequately to all your questions and needs.

We had a fantastic stay at the Palazzino Alchimia. The accommodation is beautiful with impressive architecture that fully immerses you into Apulia. It was a great location to explore Fasano located very centrally near lots of shops and restaurants. The accommodation is really clean and Caroline the host, is super helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was really quick to respond to our messages and helped make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

Una storica “casa Fasanese” ristrutturata lasciando intatte le sue magnifiche caratteristiche originarie e arredata davvero con gusto. Dal terrazzino sul tetto si vede il mare. Posizione perfetta, quasi all’intersezione tra le due principali vie di Fasano e la piazza principale (dove ha sede il comune). Non potevo sperare di più

Wir waren Mitte Oktober zu zweit für 4 Nächte im Palazzo - einfach wunderbar ❤️ die Räume sind herrlich, alles ist behutsam renoviert und die Ausstattung ist top … wir wären gern noch länger geblieben . Aber wir kommen wieder - Fassano ist der perfekte Standort für die Besichtigung all dieser netten Orte drumherum - und es gibt noch ein ganz normales Italienisches Leben im Ort . Die App ist ein wahrer Segen mit vielen wunderbaren Tipps und Infos . Danke für die schöne Zeit ..
