Palazzo Baldeschi al Corso

Brilliant gallery with mix of contemporary sculpture, temporary exhibitions, ceramics and knockout modern art collection of Massimo Caggiano. At time of visit comtemporsry art show in noble galleries.

Interesting place, is it worth it? I think that would maybe depend on what you're interested in. It has a collection of works from contemporary art to some medieval art and some classical art here and there. There are some nice ceiling paintings you would find in a palace, and some nice porcelain and pottery. I personally find the entrance fee of 6 to 7 euros a bit too much, but if you have extra time, maybe check it out.

Amazing collection, 4 floors, great works. Only 7 euro and it is on main street, opposite Priori! Definetely worth a visit.

Eclectic collection set in a 14th century palace. The star of the visit is the renaissance ceramic collection which is excellent. It has a small collection of 14th-16th century paintings focusing on local masters which is very good. The rest is a series of contemporary art exhibitions, which did not in my opinion, really work or add anything to the experience

Raffaello 'amazing exhibition for anyone who loves Italian Renaissance art. It is a pity that the explanation is only in Italian.The second floor of the Museum has excellent pictures of Dottori and exclusive private collection of contemporary art.

Amazing permanent collection. Could spend hours here. We also were lucky to see a Perugino/Burri exhibition. Very well curated.

The place isn’t busy at all, you can see everything very quickly. The normal ticket price I paid was 7€ (there was no indication of the ticket prices anywhere)

Il museo di Palazzo Baldeschi contiene 4 collezioni permanenti e delle mostre temporanee. La prima collezione permanente è stata raccolta dalla fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia, la definirei “istituzionale”, cioè opere antiche prevalentemente di artisti locali, la seconda è composta da due stanze dí maioliche di splendida fattura, la terza che definirei “eclettica” e’ composta dalle opere raccolte dal Sig. Marabottini in prevalenza ottocentesche fino al primo novecento, l’ultima, la mia preferita la definirei “stravagante” con opere del ‘900 e mobilio di design anni ‘80.
