Excellent location to explore the beautiful town of Monopoli. The Palazzo is impeccable. From the moment you enter the building you know you've chosen the right place to stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was sumptuous, the best we've had in Italy. Stay here! We wish we had stayed longer...we look forward to returning.

We stayed here as a relaxing end to a few days exploring Matera and Lecce. It is in an ideal position near the little harbour and pretty square with restaurants and bars. We had a friendly welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Breakfast was varied with a good choice of fruit. It is a little difficult to find parking but we left our hire car in a carpark on the sea front for free.

It's a perfect place to discover the town from. Very central located next to the harbor and all major city sights. Situated in an old town house with beautiful historical ceilings, the rooms are freshly renovated in a modern design which suits the historic style of the house. WiFi is strong enough, the breakfast is really good and the staff friendly and supportive. Good choice for Monopoli.

This elegant and delightful B&B in a historic building is in the heart of the Old Town and Port. The decor is interesting, especially the 'salotto', where breakfast is provided. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is also a roof terrace on two levels which is quite large and well furnished. For breakfast there is a good range of options. On arrival you will find that Gianmarco offers a good welcome and is helpful.

Excellent place to stay in Monopoli, I felt like a local resident. The room was large, comfortable, clean, air conditioned and Wi fi working perfectly. Breakfast had everything I like to eat. The owner and the guy who works at the front desk did everything to help me. The location is perfectly close to everything. I recommend!

Stayed for two nights but could readily have stayed longer, in this 16th century palazzo in the centre of the old town of Monopoli. Christian the manager was incredibly helpful in helping us find parking in the nearby square (as in all towns parking is not great and you can't drive to the building itself) and in making sure we knew all the best places to go to visit and eat. Our room had a big double as requested and was spotless. It overlooked the street - via cimino - but it wasn't noisy at night. A few steps away is the main square and then the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideally located B&B in the old town of Monopoli. |Just a few hundred meters from the central square but so quiet you could be miles away. Also just a short walk to the main town beach. Beautifully furnished with vaulted ceilings and frescos. |One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on my travels and the rooms were ideal - even an air-con that worked efficiently you could hardly hear it!|Superb hosts and breakfasts were great. |

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and could not rate this gorgeous hotel any higher. Christian was a dream host, with every morning preparing the most beautiful breakfast and expresso. He ensured we had a wonderful stay and ate at the best local restaurants in town. We had the best experience in Monopoli and would visit again.
