This hotel is a really nice historical hotel in a well located area for getting around. |The room was comfortable, and the shower was especially nice with a lot of pressure. |Breakfast was not as plentiful as most hotels of this category. Quite limited selection. |The bar is very small but cozy. We had to eat dinner at the bar because the main kitchen was closed due to an event. The bar food was sub par.|Front desk is staffed by a nice team. |Of course, being in Napoli, prices are high. |Airport shuttle is available through the hotel for a fee. |We would recommend this hotel mostly based on access to different areas of the city.

Fabulous hotel with super friendly staff and a nice variety of rooms. Beds are comfortable with crisp linens .There is something for everyone. Breakfast is very nice and you can not beat the timeframe. From 7am to 11am. They bring you specialty coffees like a cappucino, latte etc. since the coffee on tap is nothing to write home about. Don’t bother!|The usual fair, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, beans. Yogurt, different cold cuts, jams and Nutella. Buns, bread, toast, sweets, cereal. Different flavored teas, buffalo mozzarella and salad and tomatoes and all kinds of condiments, fruit, juices and prosecco. They help you plan whatever you need and give you great advice for restaurants. A great place to stay in the historic part of town where you do not have to walk too far to get to public transportation, sites, restaurants, bars, and interesting neighborhoods. It is surprisingly quiet with all the hustle a bustle around it. I can only recommend it very highly.

This hotel was lovely. We had a basic room but it was fine. Comfy bed, little balcony and quieter AC than many other hotels. There was free water and tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.the hotel itself has some lovely sitting areas and is cool and spacious. Breakfast was ok but not brilliant. The burger and chips we got in the bar was lovely and bar man very helpful.

Nice hotel with great staff that really do try their best. There was an issue with our first room so they switched us without an issue. Biggest problem was the bugs!! Our room had a bunch of little bugs flying around. Mentioned to front desk and they sprayed the bathroom but no change. We were in RM 126

This was a "had to" stay due to cancelled flights in July. The hotel was nice, comfortable and the bartender downstairs was WONDERFUL. Even though we had to do a quick departure due to a new flight, we still had to pay for the initial 2 nights reserved, but I will fight that with the airline. But overall it was a nice stay.

This is a Hilton affiliated hotel. It was okay, but wouldn't return. Rooms r small, as expected for European hotel. Can walk to some of the famous pizza places within 10-15 min. However, hotel sits on the cusp of an area where many homeless people hang out. If u cross under the archway across the street, the entire feel changes and it did not feel safe. As long as u stay on the hotel side of the arch, it was still a dirty, urban city, but it felt okay to walk around. Staff was nice despite very confused and kind of bumbling with their ability to check us in and handle payment. There were 3 of them up there and they all just seemed a bit lost. Probably took them 15 min just to get us r key. Room itself was fine. Bathroom was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the water provided in the room. Booked a room with a pull out sofa/chair that was a bit precariously balancing on some pillows, but it worked out. We arrived the night of the soccer championship so got to watch a ton of very large fireworks right outside r window, which we enjoyed. View is of the street/neighborhood. They do have a nice courtyard so perhaps there r views of that available as well. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but if this is your option, just make sure you stay in the safer area of town.

We were greeted by Allessio whom we found to be unfriendly unhelpful and frankly quite rude and intimidating. We were supposed to have had a superior room. Whilst the room was a decent size the decoration was very basic and bland. The hotel was clean and the restaurant was fabulous, the staff were very friendly and food was good.

I would like to thank the hotel manager Martina for her support and caring about the guest. I wouldn’t forget to mention Gennaro De Simone ,in the photo , who was very helpful with a smile unlike the other Gennaro who should be patient with guests and avoid the little grimace on his face. My stay was fantastic , the rooms were fine , the breakfast was great with full of varieties and my family had no single comment. As a Hilton member, this hotel and the team made my stray so comfortable and never failed to satisfy me even when there was a payment issue from my travel agent, Martina followed up and solved it.
