Palazzo Dipinto

The Palazzo Dipinto is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location to explore Lucca. It is really quiet. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. We stayed in a Superior Room which was a good size with everything you needed. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was really good with freshly made coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We popped into this hotel, hoping for a quiet bar that would give us some respite from the heat and noise. Palazzo Dipinto didn’t disappoint. The receptionist Francesco was beyond inviting and competent. Not only did he make us some delicious Limoncello spritzers, he checked in a new hotel guest and parked someone’s car outside, all while being conversational with us at the same time. The bar area seating is elegant and quiet, the hotel is ultra clean and modern, and the location is superb. We look forward to staying here one day when we visit Lucca again.

Mother-daughter weekend trip.  Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff.  Room was spacious with high quality toiletries.  Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times.  Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

The Hotel has a convenient location in the heart of Lucca, near most attractions and many great restaurants. They have parking which is a plus. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Quality service from start to finish. Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Overall just a really well-run, stress-free hotel with great attention to detail. By quite a margin the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Tuscany.

The Palazzo Dipinto is in a perfect location to explore Lucca, with all that the City has to offer being in easy walking distance. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is immaculate and our room was perfect. What a wonderful hotel!! Easy to find and walkable from the train station - we flew into Pisa and it’s 30 minutes on the train. The hotel is very stylish, a design hotel and feels of a very high quality. To support this, the staff were all amazing through out the stay and were very helpful. We even got an upgrade on the room. Breakfast was very good with a very wide range of offerings, the bar area was lovely. Room spacious and very well designed, equipped and very nice to look at. A massive bed which was very comfortable.||Location is just amazing to explore Lucca and everywhere is within walking distance. Just a brilliant hotel and there are the remains of a Roman domus in the basement. Ask nicely and they will let you see them.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is ideal. It's very close to all the sites yet it's in a quiet corner. The rooms are very well appointed and very large. I did find two bugs but otherwise the room was nicely cleaned. There were two small complimentary water bottles the first day. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, bread and lots of other choices. The coffee was delicious! The only thing I would add is a Nespresso in the room. Also, housekeeping should replenish the body gel etc daily
