We stayed two nights. The hotel room was very spacious, modern vibe. There were plenty of amenities, including a safe in the room. And the air conditioner worked great! There is parking if you reserve a spot before arrival. You do not need a car in Lucca, everything is within walking distance. Staff was helpful with reservations and directions. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is. |Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything.|Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned. |Breakfast also excellent- simple food at its best Italian style. |No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Special thanks to some very helpful staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four day break. Everyone was so helpful and the hotel was well managed. The decor is elegant, understated and stylish. The hotel is central and quiet. The breakfast was excellent: the person in charge remembered our preferences each day. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the whole team.

We were attending a wedding at a villa just outside Lucca but wanted to see the town of Lucca. We had our car so parking was important. We could not have picked a better place. We could walk everywhere in Lucca from the hotel. The parking was next to the front door of the hotel and our car was brought out as soon as we needed it. Our room was perfect - clean, spacious, large shower and all spotlessly clean. And a great breakfast - really good quality food. We could not have found a better place.

The Palazzo Dipinto is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location to explore Lucca. It is really quiet. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. We stayed in a Superior Room which was a good size with everything you needed. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was really good with freshly made coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Quality service from start to finish. Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Overall just a really well-run, stress-free hotel with great attention to detail. By quite a margin the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Tuscany.

Mother-daughter weekend trip.  Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff.  Room was spacious with high quality toiletries.  Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times.  Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

We popped into this hotel, hoping for a quiet bar that would give us some respite from the heat and noise. Palazzo Dipinto didn’t disappoint. The receptionist Francesco was beyond inviting and competent. Not only did he make us some delicious Limoncello spritzers, he checked in a new hotel guest and parked someone’s car outside, all while being conversational with us at the same time. The bar area seating is elegant and quiet, the hotel is ultra clean and modern, and the location is superb. We look forward to staying here one day when we visit Lucca again.
