Well it has been a while since I’ve shopped at that fabulous Fendi store but my wife has been recently my relatives that actually lives in Rome has been we actually live in Canada but spend a few months in Italy every year I’m from Pescara my wife is from Sora Frosinone Province again we just love that store and will visit again soon . Great job by your sales consultant very professional and helpful .

Would give zero stars if I could. The older looking woman who may have been the manager was so rude. I came to buy a belt, I took a look and liked the belt so I bought it but asked if she could give me a new piece from the back because the one on display looked a bit dirty, and I noticed the film on the buckle was coming off on the top right corner. She proceeded to show us the new piece, to which I said I’ll take it. We walked to check out and she then gave me a sealed bag with the belt in it. I got home and took a look to notice that she gave the same belt from display and took advantage of the fact that she knew I wouldn’t check the bag at the store because it was sealed when handed to me after payment, and I know it was not the new belt because the film was coming off on the same corner of the buckle. Further more, my receipt was ripped and the ink was stretched, as she pulled too early on the receipt from the printer which caused this. She also did not provide the dust bag for the belt. She was also very rude and impolite throughout. Do not go to this Fendi, I suggest you find another to visit. Bad look on the brand. This was my first product from Fendi and also my last.

Absolutely Disappointed with FENDI –very Poor Quality & Rude Customer Service I’m writing this as a very disappointed wife. My husband bought a Fendi jacket , from LONDON — expecting luxury, quality, and class. Instead, he received a poorly made product , possibly made in china and assembled in Italy and labelled it as made in Italy. Or even if it’s all made in Italy, it was the cheap quality altogether and terrible customer service. I have seen some of these on a news but now we know how does the cheap quality actually impact the customers . The stitching was coming loose, and the fabric looked cheap after just a few wears. Zip has broken after he barely used the jacket. He has other designer jackets for years and they are all , till date looks new and functions very well . Anyways , We reached out to Fendi assuming they’d care about their brand reputation — but the way they handled us was nothing short of disrespectful. No ownership, no apology, just cold responses and no real help. For the money we paid, we expected excellence — but Fendi delivered the opposite. This experience has completely ruined the brand for us. I would never recommend Fendi to anyone who actually values quality or service. Completely unacceptable.

Like other reviews, the employees will follow you around but no help offered. They also treated us rudely as if asking for another size was a big problem. Also gave us incorrect information about their return policy and VAT refund policy. Haven’t had this experience at Chanel or Dior here in Rome so it’s just this Fendi location that has a problem. Avoid shopping here.
