Absolutely Disappointed with FENDI –very Poor Quality & Rude Customer Service
I’m writing this as a very disappointed wife. My husband bought a Fendi jacket , from LONDON — expecting luxury, quality, and class. Instead, he received a poorly made product , possibly made in china and assembled in Italy and labelled it as made in Italy. Or even if it’s all made in Italy, it was the cheap quality altogether and terrible customer service.
I have seen some of these on a news but now we know how does the cheap quality actually impact the customers .
The stitching was coming loose, and the fabric looked cheap after just a few wears. Zip has broken after he barely used the jacket.
He has other designer jackets for years and they are all , till date looks new and functions very well . Anyways , We reached out to Fendi assuming they’d care about their brand reputation — but the way they handled us was nothing short of disrespectful. No ownership, no apology, just cold responses and no real help.
For the money we paid, we expected excellence — but Fendi delivered the opposite. This experience has completely ruined the brand for us. I would never recommend Fendi to anyone who actually values quality or service. Completely unacceptable.
