This is a great place to stay. Superb location, literally in the heart of Sorrento, beautiful well furnished rooms with quality towels and bedding. The buffet breakfast is all home cooked and delicious. But it is the outstanding customer service which sets the hotel apart. The staff care and go out of their way to make your stay a fabulous one. This is because it is family run and the sense of family runs through everything. We loved our stay - Thank you to all the great team at Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais !

Wonderful center city property! The Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The room was perfect for my family of 4. Don't be concerned about this gem of a property not having a restaurant as connected to the property is a terrific restaurant/bar overlooking center city square. Short enjoyable 5-minute walking distance through the shopping district to the Mediterranean. The morning breakfast spread is outstanding and hard to beat anywhere in the Sorrento district.

Incredibly charming stay in the heart of Sorrento. The room was quiet despite being on the square. The breakfast made you feel like you are eating at home with family in the kitchen; everything was so delicious. It was a lovely stay and I’d highly recommend it!

An outstanding hotel, that feels more like your home. The service by Maria and Lisa at the front desk, and the personnel at the breakfast room, was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, with many charming details, including its Honesty Bar, with the cheapest drinks in town! It is perfectly located in the main square, within walking distance of everything worthwhile.

Very nice hotel. Great location, good wi-fi, ac, elevator. Very clean. Breakfast had many choices and cappuccino was delicious. Staff very helpful. Made our stay very convenient, you can book everything with them.

This boutique hotel was in walking distance from all our tour meets, restaurants, and beaches in Sorrento. Fully air conditioned, incredible breakfast every morning, cleaning service every day. They make your coffee to order every morning, provided us with beach towels, 24/7 front desk. They even helped with arrange our airport transportation. A must-stay if you’re visiting Sorrento!!

This hotel was amazing!! I highly recommend it. Get the Junior suite if you can- the room is SO spacious and the balcony was beyond beautiful. Overlooks the middle of the center square. The staff are so friendly.
