Aimee Not the Perfect Cook

My husband and I stayed here April 8-11, and I have to tell you ... I cried when we left. This was such a magical hotel in the heart of Tuscany. We stayed in room 43 - we had a "normal" room (meaning not a suite) with a king bed and could not have been happier with it. Our room was extremely spacious, the bed seemed larger than a King, and it was wonderfully comfortable, as were the pillows.
The view, however, left us speechless. We opened our windows and were mesmerized by how gorgeous everything was. Alessio helped with our luggage, and with Terry’s body still recovering from cancer, he never could have done this on his own, so thank you so much. The shower was excellent with great water pressure, and the heated towel bar was a very nice addition.
The church bells from across the street are so peaceful and mesmerizing.
The entire staff was so lovely and kind. The wine dispenser is a really unique touch, and we enjoyed it our first night when we sat outside and sipped our wine, savoring the gorgeous, breathtaking views. Unfortunately, our tours started at 8:00 each morning, so we didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast, but we heard it was quite wonderful.
My cooking class that was held at the hotel one night with Chef Laura Franchini was absolutely fabulous. Thank you for bringing her to the hotel for this cooking class and for making the entire stay so special and magical. I will never forget any of it.
The view from our room looked like heaven and earth meeting, and because of your hotel, your staff, and Bar Dante around the corner, we are now looking at dates to return and for property to buy!
We are so in love with your beautiful area, and just wanted to express our appreciation for your hospitality and kindness. If you find yourself planning a trip to Tuscany, we cannot recommend Palazzo Leopoldo Dimora Storica & Spa enough.
