Palazzo M Capri

Location, location, location. Palazzo M is a gorgeous little gem of a hotel perfectly located right beside the central Piazetta df Capri. Very modern boutique hotel with 8 v spacious rooms. I have never heard an air-conditioning unit to be so silently effective, lovely shutters kept the brightness out early morning and the bed is so comfortable. As well as being in the perfect location the service level matches. No ask is too much, everyone was delightful. Special shout out to Anna Manzo the hotel general manager who leads by example, such a lovely lady. We stayed for 3 nights having extended by an additional night due to the experience being so pleasant. In fact we would have stayed an extra night but unsurprisingly the hotel was fully booked. An Unforgettable Stay at the Perfect Hotel in Capri I absolutely loved this hotel and cannot wait to return to Capri to stay here again! The entire experience—from the service and location to the rooms and views—was truly out of this world. My husband and I stayed here for the week of our wedding, and it was the perfect choice. The suite was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and the natural light was just perfect for getting my makeup done. The view of the sea from the room was absolutely breathtaking. It made every moment feel special. A highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, and especially General Manager Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The level of service was impeccable. For instance, they helped get two of my wedding dresses ironed at the last minute and ensured the hot food we ordered for the bridal suite on the wedding day arrived exactly when we needed it, so it wouldn’t get cold while I was finishing up my hair and makeup. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Capri, do yourself a favor and book here. We felt so well taken care of, and I can’t wait to return for another visit. The staff’s professionalism and respect for our wishes were much appreciated during an otherwise stressful day. Thank you again to the wonderful team for making our wedding week so memorable!

We had a very good experience at Palazzo M Capri. The hotel’s location is perfect (right in the center of Capri), the room was super nice and clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend it!

This hotel was incredible. We stayed in September. From the friendly staff, to the great location right in town (with bus/taxi/walking path nearby), to the stunning rooms...we could not recommend enough. The view from our room was beautiful and the rooms themselves were spacious, clean and modern. We will definitely be back next time we are in Capri!

I highly recommend this hotel I went with my wife to this amazing hotel The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was amazing and the location was in the middle of downtown Capri Silvia and Alessandra were very sweet, kind and eager to help us in all our needs and they also recommended for us multiple activities to do and booked it for us without need to wait as they would just send us confirmation through message while we were exploring capri

This was a perfect stay! Firstly customer service was impeccable. Friendly, pleasant and eager to help. The English was great which is very helpful for me. The all suite hotel is right in the middle of town adjacent to Prada but very quiet. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and complete. We had a jacuzzi suite where the jacuzzi was outside on a very large terrace. Comfy chaise lounges were perfect for an afternoon nap. Looking at the stars while soaking in the hot tub, listening to a band on the hill was the perfect way to relax after a family wedding in Positano.

Incredible location, brand new rooms with amazing views, and the best service you could ask for. The entire team had incredible attention to detail and helped make our stay one to remember. My wife and I got married in Capri on this trip and this hotel helped make the entire trip as memorable as it could be. The view from the balcony is to die for and was great for pictures! We were so happy to have stayed here!
