Palazzo Morosini Degli Spezieri

The Palazzo is in a great location with easy access to the station and Rialto Bridge. It has a very attractive outlook over a canal. We were in a two bedroom apartment which was very well equipped with windows on two sides. The beds were comfortable and ensuite bathrooms had Ortigia products. Less than 100 metres away is a bakery with everything you could wish for breakfast.|There's a very helpful booklet in the apartment giving sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.|Much better value than a hotel.

We stayed in the two bedroom Zenzero apartment. The service is excellent - I had a lot of questions before and during our stay and they were always answered very promptly, including great recommendations for restaurants. We took up the free Murano glass factory tour, which we found very interesting. They also organised transfers for us on arrival and departure, which were seamless. The apartment has a beautiful balcony overlooking a lovely canal. We ate breakfast on the balcony almost every day of our stay. The photos of the apartment on their website are accurate - it is a large, stunningly decorated and pristine space. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from Piazza San Marco, which was perfect for us. There are some really good local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

If you are going to Venice, puts this place on your list to stay. It is worth every bit. It is close to everything but just far enough away from all the super crowded sections of Venice which was super nice and makes you feel more local. There are lots of great places to eat and drink very close by, including the restaurant right infront of the building. The front desk people are extremely helpful- they scheduled our taxi service to the airport via boat. It was so much easier and super fun getting picked up on the canal. The room was the best though. The windows had automatic blackout shades which made for an incredible sleep since the sun comes up so early. You could put on music throughout the entire apartment including the bathroom! If it was hot outside, no problem because they have cold A/C. They washer is a convenient feature as well. The bed just sucks you in and makes you want to stay in it all day. It also has a courtyard if you want to enjoy a quiet time on site. All in all, we could not have asked for more with our stay.

Perfect base for family trip to Venice. Stunning apartments overlooking a small Piazza and canal. Large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Washing machine and kitchen. We stayed for six nights and they included cleaning once during our stay which was perfect for us. Good communication and clear check in instructions. Can self check in if you arrive outside front desk operating hours. Location was in a quiet, residential area of Venice, very easily walkable to Santa Lucia train station for day trips and Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. Would definitely stay here again. It really made our Venice stay.

I was wary about this place. Why? I like the security and standards that come with booking a 5 star hotel. Well, let me open by saying I wish more 5 star hotels were like Palazzo Morosini degli Spezieri. Well appointed, lovely bathrooms and kitchens that are thoughtfully designed. Whoever is cleaning the rooms should be applauded. They not only looked clean, they were clean — immaculate, spotless. The information binder on the kitchen had answers to every question you could ever ask, but the guys at the desk responded in seconds on WhatsApp if you came up with others. They don’t have room service or daily housekeeping — but I never want housekeeping unless I’m staying more than a week and hardly ever order room service, so it was ideal for us. We occupied two apartments, Rafano and Cayenna, which were in adjacent buildings with separate entry doors. Not an issue for us, but worth asking about if booking more than one room and you want them adjacent or closer to each other. ||Fantastic apartments with warm, helpful, and competent staff — don’t hesitate to book.

Wonderful place to stay. They were so helpful and arranged water taxis to and from the doorstep. It made transit a breeze. Then the Palazzo itself was immaculate and offered good access to everything we hoped to see. And the room had air conditioning for us Americans. This will absolutely be my first choice next time we have the chance to visit Venice.

First impression; Staff extremely polite and friendly - a very warm welcome, thank you.|We stayed in Mirto, a little duplex apartment around the back by the jetty. BEAUTifully appointed, very high tech(!), but it took until the end of our stay to master all the controls.... |Fully climate controlled throughout each room.|Kitchen, compact and minimally furnished, but adequate. Extra plug socket would be useful.|Very comfortable sofa in the lounge, TV impressive but we didn't use it.|Bedroom, Bed and pillows clean and comfortable. Blinds provided complete block-out. Additional electrical sockets by the bed for phone charge would be useful, had to unplug the lamp.|Bathroom: compact - an extra shelf under the mirror would provide extra space for toiletries and make-up (some of us girls have lots of it!)|Shower: Rain-shower with hand-held. Girls with long hair don't want to wash it every shower, so either: provide shower caps, or place a mount for the hand held please!|I hope this tiny bit of feedback is helpful, all in all a 5* stay, and would definitely come again.

The two apartments that we rented were absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location to experience Venice. The apartment staff were very friendly and helpful.
