Palazzo Rollo

Large rooms in the Pulia style. Breakfast room is very elegant and spacious. Roof terrace is worth a look and a drink if the bar is open.... or take up an ice cream from next door and enjoy the view. Reception isn't open early or late, so checking in might be an issue. Comfortable and a great base to visit Lecce. Mind your head on the entance door... it's OUCH very low.

i want to share this review with everyone that travels i just recently stayed at the palazzo rollo with the tour company SECERT TRAVELS which is a very company that is located in MALTA which was supposed to be a trip of a life time form all the reviews and especially the hotel that were either selected inside the wall cities or close by. we choose this tour for the gorgeous hotels when we arrived at the palazzo rollo all seemed good. me were brought to our rooms and as i opened the door my heart dropped the room was large and had a decent bathroom but lacked no flare after seeing the other rooms i figured that there had to be a mistake made this room looked like it was for the staff there were two cots in the room with very thin mattress , i immediately asked for another room but the claimed there wasn't one ,, there was no night stand so i could place my CPAP on no trash can nowhere or even a stand to put our luggage on, and two uncomfortable chairs, it was the worst 3 nights of the beginning of our vacation, our backs and hips were sore after sleeping on the thin mattress on wooden slats as you think it couldn't get worse just wait i am a type 2 diabetic and administer an openzic shot once a week i did it and disposed of the needle in a trash can that we had been using i capped the needle and threw it out , that night before leaving there was a knock on our door it was a man who said his wife who cleaned our room was jabbed my needle and wanted $200 in cash or he was going to file a report at the police station and said that my information would be documented and i would be stopped at the Rome airport for questioning WHAT A NIGHTMARE. ALL YOU TYPE TWO DIABEDITCS WHO TAKE A NEEDLE BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

This is a great place to spend a few nights. Location could not be better. Rooms are beautiful and the roof top terrace was a great surprise. We stayed here with my family and rented 5 rooms. Every room has its own charm but all were excellent.

Great location within a few minutes walk of Duomo Square, with views of the Duomo from the rooftop ‘garden’ terrace and your room (depending on its position). ||Our room (Calla) was spacious and did have a view of the Duomo and the lovely streets of Lecce. ||The service was exceptional with Naty and Sara on reception hosting us as if we were family; they were friendly, helpful and informative, and also gave us some exceptional restaurant recommendations. ||Sad to leave and would highly recommend.

We stayed three nights here in two different rooms. It’s ideally located in Lecce centre and very peaceful. Staff helpful and friendly and rooms interesting. A bit like staying in your grandma’s bedroom 😀. Pillows were very comfy. The rooftop garden was fantastic for an evening drink.

This place cannot be beaten. It really is a small palace onbthe heart of Lecce..so luxurious. Delicious breakfast and great staff. The bar on the roof was outstanding with views all over Lecce..fantastic.

Spectacular B&B in the center of Lecce. Beautiful hotel, courtyard, rooftop deck, comfortable beds and pillows, great/large rooms and bathrooms. Super quiet at night, walking distance to everything in historic Lecce. Good breakfast

You can drive to this location with limited parking but we arrived by taxi out of hours and had a lengthy walk with cases. Reception staff are extremely helpful but close at 19.30. Once you navigate the entrance there is a lift to this ancient palazzo. Our room was huge with very high ceilings - not easy to heat out of season. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast in a smallish room was adequate. You may have to share a large table if busy. The furnishings and artwork were impressive. It felt like being in someone's stately home. Location is superb within 5 minutes of the Duomo with easy access to all parts of the city centre.
