We arrived 30 mins early but table quickly arranged for us by a hospitable Thai guest services staff. We ordered a pumpkin appetiser which melted in the mouth with a light custard, And the wagyu bresaola. 4 of us had little bites earlier at Glass (as our table 9 PM!) but still enjoyed palazzo’s Offering. The mafaldine spanner crab’s light spiciness was delicious when tossed and the pasta al dente as expected. We did think the crab volume could have been a bit more generous to have a good bite into the pasta, crab and sauce combination. The spaghetti with clams also was tasty. We ended with 2 desserts and glad we decided to do it and had 2! Enjoyed the meal and left satisfied. Had we known there’s a wine bar below and some bites, we would have certainly spent more time. And the bread, crusty on the outside and warm fluffy on the inside! Next time, ask for more crab!

Without a doubt my favourite Italian in Sydney. I prefer coming for lunch, more chill- no one to judge if you want to lick a plate clean. Really nice and relaxing all jokes aside, and beautiful when the sun shines in through the large windows. Recommend tartare. Ricotta gnocchi w escargots was heavenly. Spanner crab pasta. Spaghetti also good. Wine list great. Dessert w cherry nice. Service was attentive, friendly, non-intrusive.

It's a bit noisy some days for me, but the food is absolutely amazing, truly one of the best Italian restaurants in my heart in Sydney. I've been there twice for both my birthday and my boyfriend's birthday. I previously tried the mafaldine, and it was fantastic; the pasta absorbed the sauce beautifully, and the seafood was fresh. This time, we are returning for the $120 course, which is definitely worth every penny. - The pasta is still great as always; I have no complaints, it's a must-try. - All the appetizers are impressive, from the way they source the ingredients to their presentation and combinations. However, I prefer a bit more vegetables or salad to refresh my palate and avoid feeling overwhelmed by the meat between dishes. - Although I'm not a fan of steak, the cooking level was excellent, medium rare, just perfect. - This time, I feel really impressed with marron, fresh, tasty. The staff here are all incredibly nice. MUST TRY ❤️

Went out with my girlies to catchup! They have a great wine selection which we ordered and made the night even more fun and light hearted! The vibe is nice and the food is beautiful. They are not very large dishes, so maybe order a couple more if you’re hungry! Really good to share and get the chance to taste everything. Their pasta are amazing and the beef is tender. But I’d definitely recommend trying all their pasta! Grab a bottle or a few and enjoy your night out!!

It was an amazing dinner! We were a bit late due to the train, but thankfully we were still able to enjoy everything. The service was warm and attentive, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was absolutely electric. I’ve tried quite a few Italian restaurants, but this one easily tops the list. Highly recommended!

Yum yum yum 😋 you know the food is great when the staff know the menu backward front. The anchovy pasta was so yum, so was the crab pasta. Tuna & stracciatella were delicious. Highly recommended 🫶

Amazing pasta, especially loved the spanner crab pasta.🤍 Mussel ricotta gnocchi was interesting. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. When I visited last time, the crab pasta was perfect, really creamy and smooth. But this time it was a little too spicy even I like spicy food, it was overwhelmingly spicy so couldn't really taste the creaminess of the sauce. But the texture of the pasta was soooo good. How can I complain then?

When it comes to authentic Italian restaurants, this one stands out as one of the best in Sydney! Even on a Wednesday, the place was buzzing, which speaks to its popularity. The pastas are absolutely delicious, and the staff is so friendly. A special shout-out to Dianne, who served our table. She was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and full of life. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the pasta dishes!
